| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Obesitas sentral disebabkan oleh rendahnya kualitas diet yang digambarkan melalui asupan makanan yang tidak sesuai rekomendasi. Obesitas sentral pada pegawai dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan diet quality dengan obesitas sentral pada pegawai. Metodologi: Penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan crossectional melibatkan 124 pegawai di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman berusia 26-45 tahun. Obesitas sentral didapatkan melalui pengukuran lingkar pinggang, data asupan melalui food recall 24 jam, dan diet quality melalui instrumen DQII. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil Penelitian: Sebagian besar pegawai memiliki kualitas diet buruk baik pegawai dengan obesitas sentral maupun tidak obesitas sentral. Kualitas diet buruk pada pegawai digambarkan dengan rendahnya komponen kecukupan, moderasi, dan keseimbangan keseluruhan. Pegawai jarang mengonsumsi kelompok buah dan sayur, sering konsumsi makanan tinggi lemak dan lemak jenuh, dan memiliki ketidakseimbangan proporsi makronutrien dan asam lemak. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara diet quality dengan obesitas sentral pada pegawai di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Central obesity is caused by the low quality of the diet which is illustrated through food intake that is not according to recommendations. Central obesity in employees can affect work productivity. This study aims to analyze the relationshipdiet quality with central obesity in employees. Methodology: Observational research with an approach crossectional involving 124 employees at Jenderal Soedirman University aged 26-45 years. Central obesity is obtained through measuring waist circumference, intake data viafood recall 24 hours, anddiet quality through the DQII instrument. Data were analyzed using testchi square. Research result: Most employees have poor diet quality both employees with central obesity and without central obesity. Poor dietary quality in employees is described by the low adequacy, moderation, and overall balance components. Employees rarely consume the fruit and vegetable group, often consume foods high in fat and saturated fat, and have an imbalance in the proportions of macronutrients and fatty acids. Conclusion:There is no relationship between diet quality with central obesity in employees at Jenderal Soedirman University. |
