Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Pengrajin gula kelapa asal desa Karangtengah, menjual produknya kepada pedagang pengumpul I(pedagang pengumpul desa)dan pedagang pengumpul I menjual lagi ke pedagang pengumpul II (pedagang pengumpul di pasar lokal) kemudian pedagang pengumpul IIakan menjual gula kelapa ke pedagang pengecer. Saluran ini menyebabkan perbedaan harga gula kelapa di tingkat pengecer dengan harga di tingkat pengrajinatau mempengaruhi marjin pemasaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Karangtengah Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas dari bulan Agustus sampai bulan September 2012.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui:(1) marjin pemasaran gula kelapa; (2) farmer share; (3) persentase keuntungan, (4) persentase biaya; (5) profit margin pada setiap lembaga pemasaran dan (6) saluran pemasaran yang paling efisien.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Metode pengambilan sampel untuk pengrajin menggunakan metode sensus, terdapat 51responden.Sampel untuk pedagang ditentukan dengan metode Snowball Sampling, diperoleh 25responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalahanalisis marjin pemasaran; persentasekeuntungan, dan biaya, farmer share; profit margin; dan efisiensi teknis dan ekonomis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaada empat macam saluran pemasaran gula kelapa asal Desa Karangtengah Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas yaitu: 1) Pengrajin  pedagang pengecer  konsumen, 2) Pengrajin  pedagang pengumpul I  konsumen, 3) Pengrajin  pedagang pengumpul I  pedagang pengumpul II  konsumen, dan 4) Pengrajin  pedagang pengumpul I  pedagang pengumpul II  pedagang pengecer  konsumen. Marjin pemasaran gula kelapa terkecil terdapat pada saluran pemasaran IIIyaitu sebesar Rp700,00perkilogram, dan marjin pemasaran gula kelapa terbesar terdapat pada saluran pemasaran IVyaitu sebesarRp4.056,00perkilogram. Bagian harga terbesar yang diterima pengrajin(farmer share)terdapat pada saluran pemasaran III yaitu sebesar 93,14 persen, bagian harga terkecil yang diterima petani terdapat pada saluran pemasaran IVyaitu sebesar 68,67 persen. Bagian biaya terbesar pada saluran pemasaran IIIsebesar 73,15 persen,dan bagian biaya terkecil terdapat pada saluran pemasaran IIsebesar 6,24 persen. Pembagian keuntungan terbesar terdapat pada saluran pemasaran II sebesar 93,75 persen,dan untuk bagian keuntungan terkecil terdapat pada saluran pemasaran III sebesar 26,85 persen. Profit margin pemasaran gula kelapa terbesar diperoleh pedagangpengumpul I pada saluran pemasaran II yaitu sebesar 24,33 persen, dan profit margin pemasaran gula kelapa terkecil diperoleh pedagangpengumpul I pada saluran pemasaran IIIyaitu sebesar 1,23 persen. Saluran pemasaran gula kelapaasal Desa Karangtengah Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas yang paling efisien secara teknis dan ekonomis adalah pada saluran II (pengrajin – pedagang pengumpul I – konsumen).

Inggris)The maker of coconut sugar in village of Karangtengah, they sell their products to the collecting trader I (village collecting trader) and he sells again to the collecting trader II (the collecting trader in the local market) then the collecting trader II will sell the coconut sugar to the smaller trader. This occasion cause the difference of price of coconut sugar in the smaller trader and the maker of coconut sugar where it will affect the margin or the marketing. This research was conducted in the Village of Karangtengah in the Sub district of Baturraden in Regency of Banyumas from the August to the September 2012. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) tahe marketing margin of coconut sugar; (2) famer share; (3) return percentage, (4) cost percentage; (5) profit margin in the institution of marketing and (6) marketing ways that most being efficient. Ta he method in this research used survey. The method of taking samples to maker the coconut sugar used the method of census, there were 51 respondents. Sample for the maker was determined by method of Snowball Sampling, it was obtained 25 respondents. Method of analysis used the marketing margin analysis; return percentage, and cost, famer share, profit margin; and a technical efficiency and economic. The result of research showed that there were four types of marketing of coconut sugar in the Village of Karangtengah, Sub district of Baturraden in Regency of Banyumas that was: 1) the maker → smaller trader → consumer, 2) The maker → collecting trader I → consumer, 3) The maker → collecting trader I → collecting trader II → consumer, and 4) the maker → collecting trader I → collecting trader II → smaller trader → consumer. The marketing margin of the smallest coconut sugar was in the marketing line III that was Rp. 700.00 per kilogram, and the biggest marketing margin of coconut sugar was in the marketing line IV that was Rp. 4,056.00 per kilogram. The biggest price that had been accepted of the famer share in the marketing line III that was 93.14 percent, the smallest price that had been accepted by famer in the marketing line IV that was 68.67 percent. The biggest cost in the marketing line III was 73.15 percent, and the smallest cost was in the marketing line II 6.24 percent. The biggest profit sharing was in the marketing line II 93.75 percent, and to the smallest profit was in the marketing line III 26.85 percent. Marketing profit margin of coconut sugar was obtained by collecting trader I in the Marketing line II was 24.33 percent, and the smallest marketing profit margin of coconut sugar was obtained by collecting trader I in the marketing line III was 1.23 percent. The marketing line if coconut sugar in the Village of Karangtengah in Sub district of Baturraden in Regency of Banyumas that the most efficient technically and economically was in the marketing line II (famer 0 collecting trader I – consumer).
