| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Primkopti merupakan koperasi yang beranggotakan perajin tempe dan tahu dengan tujuan memudahkan perajin memperoleh fasilitas yang mendukung proses produksi terutama dalam penyaluran kedelai. Dengan bergabung menjadi anggota Primkopti perajin berharap memperoleh manfaat dari keberadaan Primkopti. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan manfaat terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Primkopti Kabupaten Brebes, dengan responden perajin tempe yang menjadi anggota koperasi. Metode peneltian berupa survai dengan rancangan pengambilan sampel two stages cluster sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 68 perajin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa harga pembelian kedelai di koperasi, kualitas kedelai, dan biaya transportasi membeli kedelai berpengaruh terhadap manfaat yang diterima perajin anggota koperasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa manfaat yang diterima perajin anggota koperasi berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan koperasi. |

Inggris) | Primkopti is an cooperative that members tempe and tofu producers with the aim to simplify producers to achieve the facilitation which support production process especially within the distribution of soybeans. By joining as Primkopti member, the producers hope they will get the advantages from the Primkopti existence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of service and advantages to the participation of the cooperative’s members. The research was conducted in Primkopti Brebes Dictricts with tempe producers used as respondents which members of the cooperative. The method of this research was survey with sampling design of two stages cluster sampling and tested to 68 producers. Data analysis method were used multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed that the purchased price of soybeans at the cooperative, quality of soybeans, and transportation cost affect the advantages that received by members. The result also showed that the received advantages by cooperative members affect to their participation in cooperative activities. |
