| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Efektivitas Program Magang MBKM Terhadap Kompetensi Nonteknis (Soft Skill) Pada Alumni Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Dilihat dari tracer study yang dilakukan di Unsoed, sebanyak 516 lulusan yang mengisi survei rata-rata mereka telah memiliki bekal kompetensi nonteknis yaitu kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama tapi mereka tetap menyetujui bahwa mempunyai bekal berkomunikasi yaitu dengan persentase 88,3% dan mempunyai bekal kerja sama tim dengan persentase 90,5% diperlukan di dunia kerja. Hal ini menunjukan walaupun lulusan sudah memiliki kompetensi nonteknis yang baik tapi tetap membutuhkan untuk terus diasah dikarenakan kompetensi nonteknis diperlukan di dunia kerja. Salah satu wadah untuk mengasah melalui magang. Namun, pada hasil tracer study di Unsoed menunjukan Unsoed belum sepenuhnya ditekankan kepada mahasiswa Unsoed. Dilihat juga dari 5054 lulusan yang pernah mengikuti magang ada 513 orang. Dari pendapat dan hasil penelitian menyampaikan bahwa magang bermanfaat bagi para lulusan. Agar memudahkan pencapaian tujuan dibutuhkan pelaksanaan yang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh efektivitas Program Magang MBKM terhadap kompetensi nonteknis pada alumni Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien regresi bernlai positif sebesar 0,923, artinya semakin tinggi efektivitas program, maka semakin tinggi kompetensi nonteknis dan begitu sebaliknya. Uji pengaruh melalui hasil Uji-t dimana nilai t hitung 6,003 > nilai t-tabel 1,661 dengan nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05, artinya hipotesis tersebut menyatakan bahwa efektivitas program magang mbkm mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi nonteknis pada alumni dapat diterima. |

The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data with a collection method through a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate a positive regression coefficient of 0.923, meaning that the higher the effectiveness of the program, the higher the non-technical competence and vice versa. Influence test through the results of the t-test where the t-count value is 6.003 > the t-table value is 1.661 with a Sig value. 0.00 <0.05, meaning that the hypothesis states that the effectiveness of the mbkm apprenticeship program has a positive and significant influence on non-technical competencies in alumni is acceptable. |
