Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Pro-life Feminist Rejection of Legal Abortion in Texas in Unplanned 2019 yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana Pro-life feminist di Texas melakukan penolakan terhadap legal abosi yang digambarkan di Unplanned 2019. Unplanned 2019 merupakan sebuah film biografi mengenai perjuangan seorang Pro-life feminist yang memiliki latar belakang pekerjaan di klinik aborsi. Perjuangan Pro-life feminist ini membuahkan hasil dimana Texas yang saat ini melarang untuk adanya legal aborsi di daerah tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam analisa bagaimana penolakan pro-life feminist terhadap legal aborsi yang berada di Texas digambarkan pada Unplanned 2019. Data penelitian sendiri diperoleh dengan pengambilan dalam implementasi teori diegetic dan non-diegetic yang berasal dari objek penelitian. Diegetic sound sendiri merupakan suara yang menyampaikan makna denotatif secara langsung baik dari dunia film maupun dunia asli, sedangkan non-diegetic sound merupakan suara yang tidak ada dari dunia film. Peneliti menggunakan teori pemahaman pro-life dan pro-choice feminist dari teori Lopez (2019). Dimana, peneliti menemukan bahwa penggambaran penolakan pada objek analisis menyajikan adanya penolakan melalui aksi keagamaan, praktik sosial, dan pendekatan sosial yang berhasil menjadikan Texas menjadi salah satu daerah illegal untuk melakukan aborsi

Inggris) | This research is entitled Pro-life Feminist Rejection of Legal Abortion in Texas in Unplanned 2019 which aims to analyze how Pro-life feminists in Texas reject legal abortion as depicted in Unplanned 2019. Unplanned 2019 is a biographical film about the struggle of a Pro-life feminist who has a work background in abortion clinics. This pro-life feminist struggle has resulted in Texas currently prohibiting legal abortion in the area. The researcher used a qualitative method in analyzing how pro-life feminists' rejection of legal abortion in Texas was described in Unplanned 2019. The research data itself was obtained by taking into account the implementation of diegetic and non-diegetic theories originating from the research object. The diegetic sound itself is a sound that conveys denotative meaning directly from both the film world and the original world, while the non-diegetic sound is a sound that does not exist from the film world. The researcher uses the theory of pro-life and pro-choice feminist understanding from Lopez's theory (2019). Where, the researcher finds that the depiction of rejection in the object of analysis presents contradiction through religious action, social practices, and social approaches that have succeeded in making Texas one of the regions illegal to have an abortion |
