| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi metabolit sekunder B. bassiana yang efektif terhadap mortalitas Meloidogyne spp. di laboratorium, mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi metabolit sekunder B. bassiana dalam mengendalikan Meloidogyne spp. dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tomat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Screen House Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dari bulan November 2019 hingga Maret 2020. Penelitian terdiri dari 2 tahap, yaitu uji konsentrasi metabolit sekunder B. bassiana terhadap mortalitas Meloidogyne spp. di Laboratorium dan uji frekuensi perlakuan metabolit sekunder B. bassiana untuk mengendalikan Meloidogyne spp. pada tanaman tomat. Uji konsentrasi metabolit sekunder B. bassiana dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 taraf konsentrasi yaitu 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, dan 4%. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Variabel yang diamati yaitu mortalitas nematoda yang diamati selama 3 hari. Uji frekuensi perlakuan metabolit sekunder B. bassiana dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu 0 kali (kontrol), 2 kali, 3 kali, 4 kali, dan nematisida furadan. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah tingkat kerusakan akar, populasi nematoda dalam tanah, tinggi tanaman, bobot tajuk, dan jumlah daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metabolit sekunder B. bassiana bersifat toksik terhadap Meloidogyne spp. Konsentrasi 4% menyebabkan mortalitas 39,8 % dengan nilai LC95 96,79 ml/l. Frekuensi pemberian metabolit sekunder B. bassiana 4 kali mampu menekan populasi Meloidogyne spp. sebesar 35,5% dan tingkat kerusakan akar, namun tidak mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman tomat. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to determine the effective concentration of secondary metabolite of B. bassiana on mortality of Meloidogyne spp. in a laboratory and knowing the best frequency of secondary metabolite of B. bassiana application to control the Meloidogyne spp., and knowing the effect of secondary metabolite of B. bassiana application on tomato plant growth. This research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory and Screen House of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from November 2019 to March 2020. The study consisted of 2 stages, namely the concentration of secondary metabolite of B. bassiana test on mortality of Meloidogyne spp. in the laboratory and the frequency of secondary metabolite of B. bassiana application to control the Meloidogyne spp. in tomato plants. The B. bassiana secondary metabolite concentration test was carried out using a randomized block design with 5 levels of concentration, namely 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4%. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. The observed variable was the nematode mortality which observed for 3 days. Furthermore, the frequency test was carried out using a randomized block design with 5 treatments, namely 0 times (control), 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, and furadan. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. The variables observed were the level of root damage, nematodes population in the soil, plant height, crown weight, and the number of leaves. The research results showed that secondary metabolite of B. bassiana was toxic to the root knot nematodes. The secondary metabolite of B. bassiana with concentration 4% can cause 39.8% mortality with LC95 value as amount as 96,79 ml/l. The frequency of secondary metabolite of B. bassiana application in 4 times can reduce the population of Meloidogyne spp. by 35,5% and the level of root damage, but not able to increase the growth of tomato plants. |
