| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “The Influence of Intellectual Capital on Company’s Performance and Growth (An empirical study at banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2007-2011. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode purposive sampling dengan total sampel 8 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis asumsi klasik normalitas dan analisis linier regresi sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa modal intelektual mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. |

Inggris) | This research was entitled “The Influence of Intellectual Capital on Company’s Performance and Growth (An empirical study at banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange)”. The research objectives of this research was to examining the influence of intellectual capital on company’s performance and growth. This research used the banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2007-2011. The sampling technique method used was purposive sampling with the total sample of 8 companies. The data analyses used were classical assumption normality test and simple linier regression. The result showed that the intellectual capital has positive and significant influence on company’s performance and growth. |
