| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Harga jual gula semut yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan gula cetak membuat banyak perajin yang tertarik untuk memproduksi gula semut salah satunya yaitu Kelompok Tani Mekarsari yang terletak di Desa Sokawera, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas. Produksi berhubungan dengan kelayakan suatu usaha oleh karena itu tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usaha gula semut di Kelompok Tani Mekarsari, 2) mengetahui kelayakan usaha gula semut di Kelompok Tani Mekarsari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelompok Tani Mekarsari yang terletak di Desa Sokawera, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas pada Bulan Juni-Juli 2023. Sampel penelitian yaitu semua populasi pengrajin berjumlah 35 perajin. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C ratio, dan titik impas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata biaya total produksi olahan gula semut sebesar Rp3.034.107 per bulan dengan rata-rata penerimaan pengolahan gula semut sebesar Rp3.443.000 per bulan sehingga rata-rata pendapatan gula semut sebesar Rp408.893 per bulan. Nilai R/C ratio usaha pengolahan gula semut menunjukkan hasil 1,135 lebih dari 1 berarti usaha pengolahan gula semut efisien atau memberikan keuntungan karena penerimaan yang diperoleh lebih besar daripada biaya yang dikeluarkan. Rata-rata hasil produksi gula semut sebesar 197 kilogram lebih dari nilai BEP unit 173, rata-rata penerimaan produksi gula semut sebesar Rp3.443.000 lebih dari nilai BEP penerimaan Rp633.582, dan harga gula semut sebesar Rp17.500 lebih dari nilai BEP harga Rp15.422 sehingga usaha pengolahan gula semut Kelompok Tani Mekarsari dikatakan layak untuk diusahakan. Inggris) | The higher selling price of coconut sugar compared to printed sugar has made many crafters interested in producing coconut sugar, one of which is the Mekarsari Farmer Group located in Sokawera Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. Production is related to the feasibility of a business, therefore the objectives to be achieved from this study are 1) to determine the costs, revenue and income of the coconut sugar business in the Mekarsari Farmer Group, 2) to determine the feasibility of the coconut sugar business in the Mekarsari Farmer Group. The research method used is a case study. The research was conducted at Mekarsari Farmers Group located in Sokawera Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in June-July 2023. The research sample is all the craftsmen population totaling 35 craftsmen. Data analysis used in this study is the analysis of costs, revenue, income, R / C ratio, and break-even point. The results showed that the average total cost of production of processed coconut sugar was Rp3,034,107 per month with an average receipt of coconut sugar processing of Rp3,443,000 per month so that the average income of coconut sugar was Rp408,893 per month. The R/C ratio value of the coconut sugar processing business shows the results of 1.135 more than 1, meaning that the coconut sugar processing business is efficient or provides a profit because the revenue obtained is greater than the costs incurred. The average production of coconut sugar of 197 kilograms is more than the BEP value of 173 units, the average receipt of coconut sugar production of Rp3,443,000 is more than the BEP value of Rp633,582, and the price of coconut sugar of Rp17,500 is more than the BEP value of Rp15,422 so that the Mekarsari Farmer Group's coconut sugar processing business is said to be feasible.
