Indonesia) | Penentuan harga pokok produksi bagi pelaku usaha yang memproduksi suatu barang merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan sebagai dasar dalam penentuan harga jual produk tersebut. Sawangan No. 1 dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi pada keripik tempe masih terdapat kelemahan yaitu dalam melakukan pencatatan relatif sederhana dan masih ada kekeliruan dalam perhitungannya, seperti biaya overhead pabrik yang diperhitungkan dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi yang terdiri dari air, listrik, bahan bakar, biaya penyusutan dan biaya sewa bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis harga pokok produksi yang tepat dengan metode full costing pada Keripik tempe Sawangan No. 1. 2) Menganalisis tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh dari selisih harga pokok produksi dan harga jual produk pada Keripik tempe Sawangan No. 1. 3) Menganalisis harga jual dengan metode cost plus pricing pada Keripik tempe Sawangan No. 1. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sawangan No. 1, Purwokerto Barat, Banyumas dengan observasi langsung ke rumah produksi dan melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik Sawangan No. 1. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang berupa data produksi keripik tempe dalam satu tahun proses produksi selama tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan harga pokok produksi keripik dengan metode full costing pada masing-masing varian kemasan yaitu, kemasan 10 sebesar Rp16.031,47, kemasan 12 sebesar Rp13.904,02 dan kemasan 40 sebesar Rp21.359,14. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dari selisih harga pokok produksi dengan harga jual produk keripik tempe Sawangan No. 1 pada masing-masing varian kemasan yaitu, kemasan 10 sebesar Rp8.968,53, kemasan 12 sebesar Rp4.095,98, dan kemasan 40 sebesar Rp6.640,86. Penentuan harga jual keripik tempe pada tiga varian kemasan menggunakan metode cost plus pricing dengan mark up atau keuntungan yang diinginkan sebesar 35%, yaitu kemasan 10 sebesar Rp21.642,48, kemasan 12 sebesar Rp18.770,43 dan kemasan 40 sebesar Rp28.834,84. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The determination of cost of production for business owner is a very important step to do as a basis in determining the selling price of the product. Sawangan No. 1 is still lacking in determining the production cost of tempe chips as there are errors in the calculation of the production such as factory overhead costs calculated in determining production price consisting of water, electricity, fuel, depreciation cost and rent cost. This study aims to 1) Analyze the correct cost of production using the full costing method on tempe chips sawangan No. 1. 2) Analyzing the profit rate from the cost of production and the selling price tempe chips Sawangan No. 1. 3) Analyzing the selling price using the cost plus pricing method on tempe chips Sawangan No. 1. The research was conducted in Sawangan No. 1, West Purwokerto, Banyumas with direct observation to the production house and conducting interviews with the owner of Sawangan No. 1. The data used is secondary data of the production of the keripik tempe in one year of production process in 2022. The results show the cost of production of tempe chips using the full costing method on each variation packs are, packaging of 10 cost IDR16,031.47, packaging of 12 cost IDR13,904.02 and packaging of 40 cost IDR21,359.14. The profit obtained from the difference in the cost of production with the selling price of tempe chips sawangan No. 1 for each packaging variant are, 10 packs for IDR8,968.53, 12 packs for IDR4,095.98, and 40 packs for IDR6,640.86. The determination of the selling price of tempe chips in three packaging variants using cost plus pricing method with markup or profit of 35%, are 10 packs for IDR21,642.48, 12 packs for IDR18,770.43 and 40 packs for IDR28,834.84. |
