Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Bio P60 dan Bio T10 tunggal dan gabungan dalam menekan penyakit busuk pangkal batang dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi melon hidroponik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Flos Hidroponik Organik Temanggung, Desa Bansari, Kecamatan Bansari, Kabupaten Temanggung dari Februari sampai Juni 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol (propamokarb hidroklorida), Bio P60, Bio T10, dan Gabungan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 (1 : 1). Variabel yang diamati terdiri atas masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, area under disease progress curve (AUDPC), efektivitas pengendalian, panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar, warna daun, waktu muncul bunga pertama, terbentuknya buah pertama, jumlah buah per tanaman, bobot buah per tanaman, dan uji senyawa fenol secara deskriptif. Data dianalisis dengan anova pada taraf kepercayaan 95%, apabila hasil yang didapat menunjukkan pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan gabungan memberikan pengaruh terbaik ditunjukkan dengan memperlambat masa inkubasi, menekan intensitas penyakit, menekan laju infeksi, menurunkan nilai AUDPC, meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian, meningkatkan panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar, warna daun, waktu muncul bunga pertama tercepat, waktu berbuah, dan bobot buah masing-masing sebesar 31,25, 41,19, 13,33, 65,31, 55,61, 17,25, 5,57, 36,44, 11,47, 8,55, 9,63, dan 22,92 % dibanding kontrol. Aplikasi Bio P60, Bio T10, dan gabungannya mampu meningkatkan senyawa fenol (tanin, saponin, dan glikosida) secara kualitatif pada daun melon.

Inggris)The research aimed to determine the effect of single and combined applications of Bio P60 and Bio T10 in suppressing stem base rot disease and its effect on the growth and production of hydroponic melon. This research was conducted at Flos Hidroponik Organik in Bansari Village, Bansari District, Temanggung Regency from February up to June 2023. This research used Randomized Block Design with 4 treatments and 6 replicates. The treatments were control (propamocarb hydrochloride), Bio P60, Bio T10, and a combination of Bio P60 and Bio T10 (1 : 1). Variables observed consisted of incubation period, disease intensity, infection rate, area under disease progress curve (AUDPC), control effectiveness, plant length, number of leaves, fresh weight, leaf color, time of first flower appearance, first fruit formation, number of fruit per plant, fruit weight per plant and descriptive test of phenolic compounds. The data were analyzed using ANOVA at a 95% confidence level, if the results showed a significant effect, then the HSD (Honestly Significant Difference) was continued at an error level of 5%. The results showed that the combined treatment of Bio P60 and Bio T10 had the best effect indicated by delaying the incubation period, reducing disease intensity, reducing infection rates, reducing AUDPC values, increasing the value of control effectiveness and increasing crop length, number of leaves, fresh weight, leaf color, time of first flower appearance, time of fruiting, and fruit weight respectively of 31.25, 41.19, 13.33, 65.31, 55.61, 17.25, 5.57, 36.44, 11.47, 8.55 , 9.63, and 22.92 % compared to control. The application of Bio P60, Bio T10, and the combination could increase the phenolic compounds (tannins, saponins and glycosides) qualitatively in melon leaves.
