| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kurang dari tiga tahun sudah virus Covid-19 menyebar di China. Dari tahun 2020 sampai 2022, China mengalami empat periode yaitu masa inkubasi, wabah, pengendalian, dan penurunan pneumonia COVID-19. Upaya Pemerintah China dalam menanggulangi wabah Covid-19 telah menunjukkan adanya penurunan jumlah kasus dan telah mengalami perkembangan yang positif. Pemerintah China juga berhasil menurunkan kurva jumlah kasus terinfeksi sehingga China tidak berada di 10 negara dengan jumlah kasus terbesar. Pengendalian virus Covid-19 di China yang berhasil dilakukan, tidak terlepas hanya dari upaya pemerintah China saja, tetapi terdapat bantuan upaya koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh WHO sebagai organisasi internasional. Dalam hal ini, Pemerintah China bekerjasama dengan WHO yang bertujuan untuk menanggulangi wabah Covid-19 di China. Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi perkembanan Covid-19 di China, bagimana kerjasama WHO dan pemerintahan China dalam menanggulangi penyebaran Virus Covid-19 di China, serta menguji berhasil atau tidaknya kerjasama tersebut menggunakan indikator seperti mutualitas kepentingan, bayangan masa depan dan jumlah aktor. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah kerjasama Pemerintah China dan WHO dikatakan relatif berhasil walaupun terdapat kendala yang menghambat jalannya kerjasama.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | It has been less than three years since the Covid-19 virus spread in China. From 2020 to 2022, China experienced four periods, namely the incubation period, outbreak, control, and decline of COVID-19 pneumonia. The Chinese government's efforts in tackling the Covid-19 outbreak have shown a decrease in the number of cases and have experienced positive developments. The Chinese government has also succeeded in reducing the curve of the number of infected cases so that China is not in the 10 countries with the largest number of cases. The successful control of the Covid-19 virus in China is inseparable from the efforts of the Chinese government alone, but there is assistance from coordination efforts carried out by WHO as an international organization. In this case, the Chinese Government collaborates with WHO which aims to tackle the Covid-19 outbreak in China. This research was made to find out the conditions of the development of Covid-19 in China, how the cooperation between WHO and the Chinese government in tackling the spread of the Covid-19 Virus in China, and to test whether or not the cooperation was successful using indicators such as mutuality of interests, future shadows and the number of actors. The result obtained is that the cooperation between the Chinese Government and WHO is said to be relatively successful even though there are obstacles that hinder the course of cooperation. |
