| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang ada di Indonesia adalah kepadatan penduduk. Upaya pemerintah adalah dengan adanya program Keluarga Berencana menurut World Health Organization (WHO) adalah tindakan yang membantu pasangan suami istri untuk menghindari kelahiran yang tidak diinginkan, mengatur jarak kelahiran, dan menentukan jumlah anak dalam keluarga.Menurut data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2022, jumlah PUS sebanyak 301.089 pasang dengan cakupan peserta KB aktif di Banyumas terdiri dari pengguna KB Kondom 3,2%, Suntik 41,8%, Pil 10,8%, AKDR 20,1%, MOP 0,6%, MOW 5,0%, Implan 18,5%. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif analitik. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah enam orang informan utama pekerja sektor informal dan bernomisili di Kecamatan Kedung Banteng. Informan pendukungnya adalah istri,penanggung jawab program KB MOP dan ketua Priyo Utomo. Hasil: Faktor masih banyak informan utama yang belum mengetahui terkait KB MOP, kerentanan,bahaya serta manfaat dan hambatan terkait KB MOP itu sendiri. Persepsi kerentanan informan utama adalah merasa hal tersebut rentan. Persepsi bahaya yang memiliki ketakutan akan bahaya efek samping jangka panjang apabila KB MOP, namun mereka memilih untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan lain selain imunisasi. Persepsi manfaat imunisasi informan utama mengetahui adanya manfaat KB MOP. Persepsi hambatan informan utama adalah kurangnya informasi mengenai KB MOP. Kesimpulan: Persepsi kerentanan yang dirasakan informan utama merasa rentan. Persepsi bahaya yang dirasakan informan utama jika tidak KB MOP berbahaya. Persepsi manfaat KB MOP yang dirasakan informan utama adalah untuk mencegah angka kelahiran, mengurangi pertumbuhan penduduk. Informan utama memiliki hambatan yaitu kurangnya informasi terkait KB MOP. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Background: One of the health problems in Indonesia is overcrowding. The government's effort is to have a family planning program according to the World Health Organization (WHO) which is an action that helps married couples avoid unwanted births, regulates birth spacing, and determines the number of children in a family. According to data from the Banyumas District Health Office for 2022, the number 301,089 pairs of PUS with active family planning participants in Banyumas consisting of 3.2% condom users, 41.8% injections, 10.8% pills, 20.1% IUD, 0.6% MOP, 5.0% MOW , Implants 18.5%. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative method with an analytic descriptive study approach. The main informants in this study were six main informants who are informal sector workers and live in Kedung Banteng District. The supporting informants were his wife, the person in charge of the KB MOP program and the chairman, Priyo Utomo. Result: The factor is that there are still many key informants who do not know about KB MOP, the vulnerabilities, dangers and benefits and obstacles related to KB MOP itself. The main informant's perception of vulnerability is to feel that it is vulnerable. Perceptions of danger who have fear of the danger of long-term side effects if the MOP KB, but they choose to take other preventive measures besides immunization. The main informant's perception of the benefits of immunization knew about the benefits of MOP KB. The main informants' perception of the obstacle was the lack of information regarding KB MOP Conclusion: Perceptions of vulnerability felt by key informants to feel vulnerable. The main informant felt the danger if the KB MOP was not dangerous. The main informants felt that the benefits of KB MOP were to prevent birth rates and reduce population growth. The main informant has an obstacle, namely the lack of information related to KB MOP. |
