| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Meningkatnya konsumsi coffee dan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat urban membuat pertumbuhan coffee shop di Indonesia meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu kota di Indonesia yang terdapat banyak coffee shop yakni Kota Yogyakarta. Mengacu pada pasal 4 UU No. 33 tahun 2104 bahwa produk yang masuk, beredar, dan diperdagangkan di wilayah Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. Mengacu pada kewajiban tersebut coffee shop menjadi salah satu sasaran yang diwajibkan untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal dengan jalur reguler. Namun hingga saat ini sejak peraturan kewajiban sertifikasi halal itu diberlakukan masih banyak coffee shop di Kota Yogyakarta belum bersertifikat halal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan eksternal dan internal pada proses implementasi sertifikasi halal, membuat roadmap tahapan penyelesaian hambatan dalam implementasi sertifikasi halal, dan membuat pengembangan model untuk peninjauan tindakan dalam implementasi sertifikasi halal pada coffee shop di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode Grounded Theory (GT) dan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sebagai teknik pengambilan datanya. Hasil penelitian Hambatan proses implementasi sertifikasi halal pada coffee shop di Kota Yogyakarta dibagi menjadi hambatan eksternal dan internal. Kerangka kerja yang dibuat menunjukkan tahapan yang harus dilalui pihak eksternal da internal untuk menyelesaikan hambatan. Terdapat empat tahapan yang harus dilalui oleh pihak eksternal dan dua tahapan yang harus dilalui pihak internal. Model yang dihasilkan merupakan perwujudan ilustrasi praktis dari hasil penelitian dan solusi untuk sertifikasi halal pada masa mendatang. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The increasing consumption of coffee and changes in the lifestyle of urban communities have made the growth of coffee shops in Indonesia increase from year to year. One of the cities in Indonesia where there are many coffee shops is Yogyakarta. Referring to Article 4 of Law No. 33 of 2104, products that enter, circulate, and trade in the territory of Indonesia must be halal certified. Referring to these obligations, coffee shops are one of the targets required to obtain halal certification through regular channels. But until now, since the regulation on mandatory halal certification was enacted, there are still many coffee shops in the city of Yogyakarta that have not received halal certification. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify external and internal obstacles in the process of implementing halal certification, create a roadmap for the stages of solving obstacles in implementing halal certification, and develop a model for reviewing actions in implementing halal certification in coffee shops in the city of Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative and uses the grounded theory (GT) method and focus group discussion (FGD) as the data collection technique. The results of the research Obstacles to the process of implementing halal certification in coffee shops in the city of Yogyakarta are divided into external and internal obstacles. The framework created shows the stages that must be passed by external and internal parties to resolve obstacles. There are four stages that must be passed by external parties and two stages that must be passed by internal parties. The resulting model is a practical and illustrative embodiment of research results and solutions for future halal certification. |
