Indonesia) | Udang vaname salah satu komoditas ekspor dari sub sektor perikanan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi dan salah satu jenis udang yang permintaan pasarnya cukup tinggi baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Untuk menentukan keberhasilan dalam budidaya udang adalah menentukan luasan tambak serta penebaran benurh di sesuaikan dengan luas tambak yang telah di buat agar organisme yang dibudidayakan dapat tumbuh dan hidup sesuai yang di rencanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian kali ini yaitu Mengetahui pengaruh luas tambak A 1000 m2 dan tambak B 3000 m2 terhadap laju pertumbuhan dan sintasan udang vaname. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu dengan metode survei dan di analisis dengan uji independent T-test untuk mengetahui pebedaaan pertumbuhan rata-rata pada tambak A dan B. Parameter yang di ukur pada penelitian ini yaitu Mean body weight (MBW), Average Daily Growth (ADG), Biomass, Survival Rate (SR), Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR). Hasil rata-rata yang di analisis menggunakan uji Independent T-test yaitu MBW 25-2.4 gram perminggu, ADG 0.6-0.4 perhari, Biomassa 19.1- 48.8 kg perminggu, SR 6.9 - 7.2 % perpanen dan FCR 1.2-1.1 perminggu. Kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada perameter Biomassa dan FCR dikarenakan padat penebaran tambak A dan tambak B berbeda |

Inggris) | Vannamei shrimp is an export commodity from the fisheries sub-sector which has high economic value and is a type of shrimp whose market demand is quite high both at home and abroad. To determine success in shrimp farming is to determine the area of the pond and the distribution of fry according to the area of the pond that has been made so that the organisms being cultivated can grow and live as planned. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the area of pond A 1000 m2 and pond B 3000 m2 on the growth rate and survival of vannamei shrimp. The method used is the survey method and analyzed with an independent T-test to find out the difference in average growth in ponds A and B. The parameters measured in this study are Mean body weight (MBW), Average Daily Growth (ADG) ), Biomass, Survival Rate (SR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR). The average results were analyzed using the Independent T-test, namely MBW 25-2.4 grams per week, ADG 0.6-0.4 per day, Biomass 19.1- 48.8 kg per week, SR 6.9 - 7.2 % per harvest and FCR 1.2-1.1 per week. In conclusion, there are significant differences in the parameters of Biomass and FCR due to the different stocking densities of pond A and pond B. |
