| Judul Artikel | ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL AGROINDUSTRI MOCAF (Modified Cassava Flour) PADA UD USAHA MANDIRI DI BANJARNEGARA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | UD Usaha Mandiri merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang produksi tepung Mocaf, yang terletak di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Tepung Mocaf saat ini sangat diminati oleh masyarakat karena memiliki banyak manfaat dan kelebihan. Selain itu, tepung Mocaf juga dapat menjadi alternatif pengganti tepung terigu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis biaya dan pendapatan untuk mengetahui apakah agroindustri Mocaf pada UD Usaha Mandiri menguntungkan, 2) menganalisis kelayakan finansial agroindustri Mocaf pada UD Usaha Mandiri, 3) menganalisis sensitivitas agroindustri Mocaf pada UD Usaha Mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2023. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Payback Period (PP) dan Analisis Sensitivitas menggunakan dua asumsi yaitu kenaikan harga bahan baku sebesar 5 persen dan penurunan produksi sebesar 5 persen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) UD Usaha Mandiri memperoleh rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh dalam satu tahun sebesar Rp118.577.560,00. 2) Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial menunjukan bahwa agroindustri Mocaf di UD Usaha Mandiri layak untuk diusahakan. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dari nilai kriteria investasi usaha agroindustri Mocaf di UD Usaha Mandiri dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp113.160.330,78-, IRR sebesar 15 persen, Net B/C Ratio sebesar 1,19 dan Payback Period selama 4 Tahun, 7 Bulan, dan 24 Hari. 3) Hasil analisis sensitivitas pada kenaikan harga bahan baku sebesar 5 persen dinyatakan layak. Sedangkan hasil analisis sensitivitas pada penurunan produksi sebesar 5 persen dinyatakan tidak layak. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | UD Usaha Mandiri is a business engaged in the production of Mocaf flour, located in Banjarnegara Regency. Mocaf flour is currently highly demanded by the community due to its numerous benefits and advantages. Additionally, Mocaf flour serves as an alternative to wheat flour. The aim of this research is are: 1) analyze costs and income to find out whether the Mocaf agroindustry at UD Usaha Mandiri is profitable, 2) to analyze the financial feasibility of Mocaf agroindustry at UD Usaha Mandiri, and 3) to analyze the sensitivity of Mocaf agroindustry at UD Usaha Mandiri.The method used in this research is a case study. Data collection was conducted in May 2023. The data analysis includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Payback Period (PP), and sensitivity analysis using two assumptions: an increase in raw material price of percent and a decrease in production of percent.The research findings indicate that: 1) UD Usaha Mandiri's average annual income of Rp 118,577,560.00. 2) The financial feasibility analysis shows that the Mocaf agroindustry at UD Usaha Mandiri is feasible for cultivation. This is evident from the investment criteria value of the Mocaf agroindustry business at UD Usaha Mandiri, with a discount factor of 10 percent, yielding an NPV of Rp 113,160,330.78, an IRR of 15 percent, a Net B/C Ratio of 1.19, and a Payback Period of 4 years, 7 months, and 24 days. 3) The sensitivity analysis of a 5 percent increase in raw material prices is considered feasible. However, the sensitivity analysis of a 5 percent decrease in production is deemed not feasible. |
