| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Budidaya kubis bunga di dataran rendah selama ini cukup terbatas karena kurang tersedianya varietas kubis bunga yang tahan terhadap panas. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu dengan penggunaan tanaman introduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga introduksi serta mengetahui tingkat adaptasi terbaik dari tanaman kubis bunga introduksi di dataran rendah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Karanggintung Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Februari sampai Juni 2023. Penelitian berupa percobaan lapang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non factorial. Perlakuan terdiri atas dua galur introduksi yakni Dawn 175 dan SV4051AC dan dua varietas pembanding yakni Larissa dan PM 126. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Jika hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan, maka dilakukan uji BNT (Beda Nyata Terkecil) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, warna daun, luas daun, diameter batang, umur mulai berbunga, umur panen, diameter bunga, bobot bunga, bobot total tanaman, bobot total tanaman perpetak dan indeks panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan hasil galur introduksi Dawn 175 dan SV4051AC menunjukkan karakteristik yang berbeda dengan varietas pembanding. Galur Dawn 175 memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter pertumbuhan berupa umur berbunga tercepat 35,4 HST dan umur panen tercepat 50,1 HST. Galur SV4051AC memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter hasil berupa bobot total tanaman per petak tertinggi yaitu 10.880,5 gram/7,8 m2. Galur introduksi Dawn 175 memiliki tingkat adaptasi terbaik pada karakteristik pertumbuhan tanaman, sedangkan galur introduksi SV4051AC memiliki tingkat adaptasi terbaik pada karakteristik hasil tanaman. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The cultivation of cauliflower in lowland areas has been quite limited due to the lack of availability of heat-tolerant varieties of cauliflower. One effort to overcome this is by using introduced plants. This study aims to determine the growth and yield characteristics of introduced cauliflower and to determine the best adaptation level of introduced cauliflower in the lowlands. The research was conducted in Karanggintung Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency from February to June 2023. The research was a field experiment using a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD). The treatments consisted of two introducedr lines, namely Dawn 175 and SV4051AC, and two comparison varieties, namely Larissa and PM 126. The obtained data were analyzed using an analysis of variance (ANOVA) at an error level of 5%. If the results of the analysis show that there is a significant effect, then it using the LSD (Less Significant Difference) test at an error level of 5%. Observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, leaf color, leaf area, stem diameter, age at flowering, harvest age, flower diameter, flower weight, total plant weight, total plant weight per plot and harvest index. The results showed that the growth and yield of the introduced lines Dawn 175 and SV4051AC showed different characteristics from the comparison varieties. The Dawn 175 line had the best effect on growth parameters in the form of the fastest flowering age of 35,4 DAP and the fastest harvesting age of 50,1 DAP. The SV4051AC lines had the best effect on the yield parameter in the form of the highest total plant weight per plot, 10,880.5 gram/ 7,8 m2. The line Dawn 175 had the best adaptation to plant growth characteristics, while the introduced SV4051AC had the best adaptation to yield characteristics. |
