| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui penampilan padi populasi F4 hasil persilangan Inpago Unsoed 1 × Basmati Delta 9 dibanding tetuanya, 2) mengetahui keeratan hubungan, pengaruh langsung, dan tidak langsung beberapa karakter pertumbuhan dan hasil, 3) mengetahui karakter yang paling berhubungan erat dan berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil tanaman padi populasi F4 Inpago Unsoed 1 × Basmati Delta 9. Rancangan percobaan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan rancangan perlakuan Augmented Design dengan 5 blok. Perlakuan yang diuji terdapat pada 150 genotipe padi populasi F4 hasil persilangan Varietas Inpago Unsoed 1 × Basmati Delta 9 dan 5 varietas pembanding meliputi Inpago Unsoed 1, Basmati Delta 9, Protani, Pro 20 Tangguh, dan Inpari 31. Karakter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, umur tanaman berbunga, jumlah anakan produktif, panjang malai, umur panen, bobot gabah per rumpun, bobot gabah per malai, jumlah gabah per malai, persentase gabah isi per malai, bobot 1000 butir gabah, ukuran beras, dan bentuk beras pecah kulit. Penampilan padi populasi F4 hasil persilangan Inpago Unsoed 1 dan Basmati Delta 9 menunjukkan sebagai populasi yang masih bersegregasi ditunjukkan dengan adanya penampilan individu F4 yang lebih tinggi dibanding tetuanya, ada yang lebih rendah dari tetuanya, dan ada yang lebih tinggi dari salah satu tetuanya. Karakter yang berkorelasi nyata dan positif terhadap hasil meliputi bobot gabah per malai, jumlah gabah per malai, jumlah anakan produktif, persentase gabah isi per malai, tinggi tanaman, panjang malai, dan bobot 1000 butir. Karakter yang paling berhubungan erat dan berpengaruh langsung paling tinggi dengan hasil adalah bobot gabah per malai dan jumlah anakan produktif yang bisa digunakan sebagai pertimbangan indikator seleksi pada generasi selanjutnya. Terdapat individu F4 yang memiliki umur panen pendek dan terdapat panjang beras yang sudah melampui pembandingnya. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to: 1) determine the performance of rice characteristics of F4 populations progeny from crossing of Inpago Unsoed 1 × Basmati Delta 9 compared to their parents, 2) find out the closest relation, direct effect, indirect effect some characteristics of growth and yield, 3) know the closest correlation and direct effect to the rice yield F4 populations of Inpago Unsoed 1 × Basmati Delta 9. The experimental design used was a Randomized Block Design with Augmented Design treatment design with 5 blocks. The treatment tested in 150 rice genotipe of F4 population progeny from crossing of Inpago Unsoed 1 × Basmati Delta 9 and 5 comparison varieties inccluding Inpago Unsoed 1, Basmati Delta 9, Protani, Pro 20 Tangguh, and Inpari 31. The characters observed included plant height, flowering age, number of productive tillers, panicle length, harvest age, grain weight per clump, grain weight per panicle, number of grains per panicle, percentage of grain content per panicle, weight of 1000 seeds, rice length, and rice form. The yield showed that the performance of F4 population progeny from crossing of Inpago Unsoed 1 and Basmati Delta 9 was a population that was still segregated indicated by the performance of F4 individuals who were higher than their parents, some were lower than their parents, and some were higher than one of their parents. Characters that correlate significantly and positively with yield include grain weight per panicle, number of grains per panicle, number of productive tillers, percentage of grain content, plant height, panicle length, and weight of 1000 seeds. The most closely related characters to yield and the highest direct effect are the grain weight per panicle and number of productive tillers so that this characters can be used as indicator selection in the next generation. There are F4 individuals who have short harvest age and there are rice lengths that exceed than the other comparison |
