| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini akan meneliti tentang Kaderisasi Partai NasDem Melalui Sayap Liga Mahasiswa NasDem di DKI Jakarta. Dalam demokrasi, partai politik menjadi sebuah alat untuk menyampaikan aspirasi secara keterwakilan. Secara definitif partai politik atau Parpol merupakan suatu kelompok yang terorganisasi yang anggota-anggotanya mempunyai orientasi, nilai-nilai dan cita-cita yang sama. Keberadaan partai politik juga memiliki tanggung jawab konstitusional, moral untuk memperbaiki kondisi dan kondisi sosial. Guna menciptakan keterlibatan dan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk aktif dalam proses politik, partai politik memiliki fungsi kaderisasi atau rekrutmen politik Berdasarkan paradigma dan perspektif yang digunakan, maka metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Anggota utama di mana para kader telah berhasil menempuh pendidikan tahap III. Dalam strategi rekrutment, Liga Mahasiswa Nasdem DKI Jakarta sendiri memiliki cara untuk melakukan upaya menarik minat mahasiswa. Berawal dari basis kampus yang dimana terdapat upaya untuk menarik minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi kader organisasi sayap Liga Mahasiswa NasDem DKI Jakarta. Basis kampus Liga Mahasiswa NasDem di DKI Jakarta berdasarkan rekrutment Patronage organisasi mahasiswa eksternal yang tersebar dalam kampus yang menjadi basis LMN di Jakarta. Terdapat tiga kampus awal yang menjadi basis awal dalam rekrutment. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kedekatan dari senior organisasi eksternal yang mencoba mengkonsolidasikan kepada kader-kadernya. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research will examine the Regeneration of the NasDem Party through the Wings of the NasDem Student League in DKI Jakarta. In democracy, political parties become a tool to convey aspirations in a representative manner. By definition, a political party or political party is an organized group whose members have the same orientation, values and ideals. The existence of political parties also has a constitutional, moral responsibility to improve social conditions and conditions. In order to create involvement and opportunities for the community to be active in the political process, political parties have a regeneration or political recruitment function. Based on the paradigm and perspective used, the research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The main members where the cadres have successfully completed stage III education. In the recruitment strategy, the DKI Jakarta Nasdem Student League itself has a way of making efforts to attract students. Starting from a campus base where there were efforts to attract students to become cadres of the Jakarta NasDem Student League wing organization. The base of the NasDem Student League campus in DKI Jakarta is based on the recruitment of Patronage external student organizations that are spread across the campus which is the basis of LMN in Jakarta. There are three initial campuses which are the initial base for recruitment. This is due to the closeness of senior external organizations who are trying to consolidate their cadres. |
