| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) merupakan keluhan dirasakan pada bagian saraf maupun tulang belakang. Faktor penyebab keluhan MSDs pada perawat adalah usia, jenis kelamin, Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT), masa kerja, kebiasaan merokok, kebiasaan olahraga, postur kerja, beban kerja. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan MSDs pada perawat rawat inap. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi perawat rawat inap sejumlah 110 orang dan sampel sebanyak 67 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan chi-square. Hasil : Variabel yang berhubungan yaitu kebiasaan olahraga (p-value 0.001), sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan yaitu usia (p-value 0.806), jenis kelamin (p-value 1.000), IMT (p-value 0.450), masa kerja (p value 0,827), kebiasaan merokok (p value 0,168), postur kerja (p-value 0.121) , beban kerja (p-value 0,551). Kesimpulan : Variabel kebiasaan olahraga merupakan variabel berhubungan dengan keluhan MSDs. Saran : K3RS perlu memberikan olahraga bagi perawat selama 30 menit. |

Inggris) | Background : Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs are complaints felt in the nerves and spine.Factors causing MSDs complaints in nurses are age, gender, body mass index (BMI), years of service, smoking habits, exercise habits, work posture, workload. The aim is to find out the factors associated with MSDs complaints in inpatient nurses. Method : This study uses a quantitative method with an approachcross sectional, the population of inpatient nurses was 110 people and a sample of 67 people used the techniquepurposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using chi square Results : The related variable is exercise habits (p-value 0.001), while the unrelated variable is age (p-value 0.806), gender (p-value 1.000), IMT (p-value 0.450), working time (p-value 0827), smoking habits (p-value 0,168), working posture (p-value 0,121) , workload (p-value 0.551). Conclusion : The exercise habit variable is a variable related to MSDs complaints. Suggestion : Hospital HSE needs to provide exercise for nurses for 30 minutes. |
