| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Caisim (Brassica juncea L.) merupakan sayuran yang mengandung nilai gizi tinggi. Kasgot merupakan hasil pengelolaan sampah organik dari biokonversi larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF). Bakteri penambat N (BPN) mampu memfiksasi N2 untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan N bagi tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis kasgot dan jenis BPN terhadap karakter fisiologi dan hasil tanaman caisim. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor perlakuan dan diulang tiga kali. Faktor pertama dosis kasgot (K), yaitu K0 (kontrol), K1 (10 ton/ha) dan K2 (20 ton/ha), faktor kedua jenis BPN (B), yaitu B0 (kontrol), B1 (Acinetobacter junni), dan B2 (Bacillus tropicus). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA pada taraf kesalahan 5%, dan dilanjutkan Uji DMRT jika nyata. Dosis kasgot 10 ton/ha (K1) memberikan bobot segar tanaman per hektar terbaik, yaitu 15,46 ton/ha dengan peningkatan sebesar 149,76% dibanding kontrol. Bakteri Bacillus tropicus (B2) memberikan serapan N tanaman terbaik, yaitu 73,604 g/tanaman. Interaksi antara perlakuan dosis kasgot 20 ton/ha dan Bakteri Bacillus tropicus (K2B2) memberikan bobot kering akar terbaik, yaitu sebesar 3,130 g/tanaman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Caisim (Brassica juncea L.) is a vegetable with high nutritional value. Maggot Frass is the result of organic waste management from Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae bioconversion. N fixing bacteria (BPN) are able to fix N2 to increase N availability for plants. This study aimed to determine the effect of the dose of maggot frass and the type of BPN on the physiological characteristics and yield of caisim plants. The design used was a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with factorial pattern and three repetitions. The first factor was the dose of maggot frass (K), namely K0 (control), K1 (10 tons/ha) and K2 (20 tons/ha), the second factor was the type of BPN (B), namely B0 (control), B1 (Acinetobacter junni), and B2 (Bacillus tropicus). Research data were analyzed using the ANOVA test at an error rate of 5%, and continued with the DMRT test if it was real. maggot frass dose of 10 tons/ha (K1) gave the best plant fresh weight per hectare, which was 15,46 tonnes/ha with an increase of 149,76% compared to control. Acinetobacter junni bacteria gave the best total BPN population density, which was 4,05×108b CFU/g. Bacteria Bacillus tropicus (B2) gave the best plant N uptake, namely 73.604 g/plant. Interaction between the maggot frass dose of 20 tons/ha and Bacillus tropicus (K2B2) bacteria gave the best dry weight of plant roots, which was 3,130 g/plant. |
