| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | CV. SSS Food berlokasi di kecamatan Karang Reja, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Produk yang diproduksinya adalah berbagai produk olahan nanas. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, CV. SSS Food memiliki permintaan yang fluktuatif. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari jumlah produksi pada tiga bulan sebelumnya. Hal ini menyebabkan jumlah produksi fluktuatif Sehingga menyebabkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya menjadi rendah dan perusahaan mengalami perlambatan dalam kemajuan usaha. Maka dari itu untuk menyelesaikan masalah pada CV. SSS Food dilakukan analisis APC untuk mengetahui dan memprediksi indeks produktivitas, profitabilitas, dan Indeks perbaikan harga pada CV SSS Food. kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi untuk dapat menentukan strategi berdasarkan prediksi produktivitas untuk dapat meningkatkan dan menstabilkan profitabilitas perusahaan ke depannya. Setelah perhitungan menggunakan metode APC didapatkan indeks produktivitas memiliki tren meningkat. Di mana indeks produktivitas terbesar didapatkan pada periode Februari 2023 sejumlah 1,398. Untuk Pergerakan profitabilitas pada perusahaan terjadi secara fluktuatif dengan tren meningkat dalam dua belas periode. Di mana nilai profitabilitas tertinggi sendiri didapatkan pada periode Februari 2023 yang memiliki nilai 1,383 serta indeks perbaikan harga terbesar ada pada periode September, nilai indeks perbaikan harga totalnya adalah 1,016. Dari analisis regresi terhadap indeks produktivitas didapatkan beberapa strategi antara lain, mengurangi biaya pekerja, mengurangi penggunaan bahan baku, meningkatkan penggunaan modal. |

This can be seen from the previous three months’ production. This causes the amount of production to fluctuate, causing the inefficiency of resource utilization and the company to experience a slowdown in business progress. Therefore, to solve the problem at CV SSS Food, APC analysis is carried out to determine and predict the productivity index, profitability, and price improvement index at CV SSS Food. then regression analysis is carried out to be able to determine strategies based on productivity predictions to be able to increase and stabilize the company's profitability in the future. After calculating using the APC method, it is obtained that the productivity index has an increasing trend. Where the largest productivity index is obtained in the February 2023 period of 1.398. The movement of profitability in the company occurs fluctuates with an increasing trend in twelve periods. Where the highest profitability value itself is obtained in the February 2023 period which has a value of 1.383 and the largest price improvement index is in the September period, the total price improvement index value is 1.016.
