| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman telah memiliki prestasi belajar yang baik selama mengikuti perkuliahan, dengan menggunakan variabel lingkungan belajar, gaya mengajar dosen, dan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel berikat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey eksplanatori dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman tahun angkatan 2019, 2020, 2021 yang berjumlah 139 mahasiswa dengan sampel berjumlah 103 mahasiswa yang dihitung dengan teknik Purposive Random Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan Belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman; (2) Gaya Mengajar Dosen berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman; (3) Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to analyze whether students of the Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University have had good learning achievements while attending lectures, by using the variables of the learning environment, teaching style of lecturers, and learning motivation as a dependent variable. This type of research is an explanatory survey research with a quantitative descriptive method. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all students of the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, class of 2019, 2020, 2021, totaling 139 students with a sample of 103 students who were calculated using the Purposive Random Sampling technique. In this study the instrument used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple regression data analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that: (1) the learning environment has a positive effect on student achievement in the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University; (2) Lecturer's Teaching Style has a positive effect on student achievement of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University; (3) Learning Motivation has a positive effect on student achievement in the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University. |
