| Judul Artikel | POTENSI APLIKASI BIO P60 DAN BIO T10 TUNGGAL ATAU GABUNGAN TERHADAP PENYAKIT VIRUS KUNING PADA TANAMAN CABAI RAWIT |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui potensi aplikasi Bio P60 dan Bio T10 tunggal atau gabungan dalam menekan perkembangan penyakit virus kuning dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan cabai ketinggian 1.200 m di atas permukaan laut, suhu 20-30 °C, dan curah hujan sekitar 2.000 mm/tahun dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Rancangan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba yaitu kontrol, insektisida kimia (b.a. imidakloprid), Bio P60, Bio T10, dan Gabungan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 (1:1). Variabel pengamatan terdiri atas masa inkubasi, insidensi penyakit, intensitas penyakit, area under disease progress curve (AUDPC), laju infeksi, dan efektivitas pengendalian, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan uji senyawa fenol secara kualitatif. Data dianalisis dengan anova pada taraf kepercayaan 95%, jika hasil yang didapat menunjukkan pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi Bio T10 merupakan perlakuan terbaik yang ditunjukkan dengan menghambat masa inkubasi sebesar 8,37%, menekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 77,78%, menurunkan nilai AUDPC sebesar 85,63%, menekan laju infeksi sebesar 31,42% dan meningkatkan nilai efektivitas pengendalian sebesar 82% dibandingkan kontrol. Sementara perlakuan gabungan merupakan perlakuan terbaik dalam menghambat insidensi penyakit sebesar 77,78%, meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 4,39% dan jumlah daun sebesar 12,52% dibandingkan kontrol. Perlakuan Bio P60 belum mampu memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Aplikasi Bio P60, Bio T10 dan gabungan mampu meningkatkan senyawa fenol (saponin, tanin, dan glikosida) secara kualitatif pada tanaman cabai rawit.

Inggris) | This study aimed to determine the potenty of Bio P60 and Bio T10 application singly and in combination to suppress the development of yellow virus disease and its effect on the growth of chili pepper plants. The research was carried out in chili fields at the altitude of 1,200 m above sea level, with temperature of 20-30 °C and rainfall of 2,000 mm year-1, and in the Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. Rrandomized block design with five treatments and five replicates was used. The treatments were control, chemical insecticide (a.i. imidacloprid), Bio P60, Bio T10, and a combination of Bio P60 and Bio T10 (1:1). Observed variables consisted of incubation period, disease incidence, disease intensity, area under disease progress curve (AUDPC), infection rate, control effectiveness, plant height, number of leaves, and phenolic compound test qualitatively. Data were analyzed with ANOVA at the 95% confidence level followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at an error level of 5% when a significant effect was found. Results showed that the Bio T10 was the best treatment indicated by inhibiting the incubation period by 8.37%, reducing disease intensity by 77.78%, reducing the AUDPC value by 85.63%, reducing the infection rate by 31.42%, and increasing the value of control effectiveness by 82% compared to the control. The combined treatment was the best treatment in inhibiting disease incidence by 77.78%, increasing plant height by 4.39% and number of leaves by 12.52% compared to the control treatment. The Bio P60 has not been able to provide a significant effect. Bio P60, Bio T10 and combined applications able to increase phenolic compounds (saponins, tannins, and glycosides) qualitatively in chili pepper plants. |
