| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui secara jelas mengenai Collaborative Governance dalam penanggulangan pengendalian penyakit virus corona (COVID-19) Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur, Kabupaten Banyumas, Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam proses Collaborative Governance yang dihadapi dalam penanggulangan pengendalian penyakit Virus Corona (COVID-19) Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini menggunakan Teori milik Ansell dan Gash. Teknik analisis data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan data. Hasil penelitian ini pada proses Collaborative Governance berjalan baik melalui proses dialog tatap muka, negosasi yang dilakukan berjalan baik antar stakeholder menghasilkan berbagai kegiatan di kawasan purwokerto timur, kegiatan yang dilakukan seperti penertiban, pembagian masker, pembagian bantuan sembako, dan sosialisasi terkait covid-19. Proses komunikasi dalam kegiatan kolaborasi terdapat sosialisasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pada aspek berbagi pemahaman para stakeholder melakukan musyawarah dalam rapat koordinasi dalam proses musyawarah kegiatan yang disepakati bersama. Komitmen terhadap proses disimpulkan komitmen antar lini terlaksana dengan baik terceminnya kekompakan, dan kepercayaan serta kerja sama yang baik. Aspek kajian terakhir meliputi hasil sementara, para stakeholder memiliki harapan kegiatan kolaborasi yang disusun sebaik-baiknya, komunikasi kerjasama dan kepercayaan yang terjalin dipertahankan demi kelangsungan kegiatan/program penanggulangan covid-19. |

Inggris) | This study aims to find out clearly about Collaborative Governance in overcoming the control of corona virus disease (COVID-19) in East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency, To find out the inhibiting factors in the Collaborative Governance process faced in overcoming the control of Corona Virus disease (COVID-19) ) East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using an approach that produces descriptive data. The focus of this research uses Ansell and Gash's theory. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. The results of this study on the Collaborative Governance process went well through a face-to-face dialogue process, negotiations that were carried out well between stakeholders resulted in various activities in the East Purwokerto area, activities carried out such as controlling, distribution of masks, distribution of basic food assistance, and outreach related to Covid-19. The communication process in collaborative activities includes direct and indirect socialization. In the aspect of sharing understanding, stakeholders hold deliberations in coordination meetings in the process of deliberation on mutually agreed activities. Commitment to the process concluded that commitment between lines is carried out well, reflected in cohesiveness, and trust and good cooperation. The aspect of the latest study includes interim results, stakeholders have hopes that collaborative activities will be arranged as well as possible, communication of cooperation and trust that is maintained is maintained for the continuity of activities/programs for handling Covid-19.
