| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berbentuk kualitatif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesalahan penggunaan ejaan pada majalah Manggis edisi 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa metode simak dan wawancara. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap. Pada analisis data menggunakan metode padan dengan teknik dasar berupa teknik pilah unsur penentu (PUP) dengan menggunakan teknik lanjutan hubung banding menyamakan (HBS). Adapun hasil analisis data disajikan dengan metode formal dan informal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat sebanyak 309 kesalahan penggunaan ejaan pada majalah Manggis edisi 2022. Selain itu, faktor penyebab kesalahan penggunaan ejaan berasal dari adanya interlingual serta intralingual bahasa, faktor pembina (guru) dan peserta didik. Merujuk pada faktor penyebab kesalahan penggunan ejaan tersebut maka perlu adanya upaya untuk mengatasinya dengan meningkatkan penguasaan kaidah kebahasan Indonesia, memperbanyak frekuensi menulis serta memperbanyak aktivitas membaca, dan menggunakan pendekatan proses dalam pembelajaran menulis. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT This research is in qualitative form which aims to describe usage errors. This research is qualitative in form which aims to describe spelling errors in magazines Manggis edition 2022. This study used data collection methods in the form of listening and interview methods. Furthermore, the data collection technique used the free engagement speaking technique. In data analysis using the matching method with basic techniques in the form of determining element sorting technique (PUP) using the advanced comparison comparison technique (HBS). The results of data analysis are presented using formal and informal methods. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there were 309 spelling errors in the magazine Manggis edition 2022. In addition, factors that cause spelling errors come from the presence of interlingual and intralingual languages, coaching factors (teachers) and students. The interlingual factor is due to the involvement of the first language used by students to the rules of the target language, while intralingual transfer occurs because students have not mastered the target language system perfectly. From the coaching factor (teacher) it is known that the writing learning method taught is still simple and the coach as a magazine editor does not analyze language errors, while from the students, namely a lack of understanding of Indonesian language rules, lack of vocabulary, less thorough reading, and still lack of motivation for students to write according to Indonesian language rules. Referring to the factors that cause spelling errors, it is necessary to make efforts to overcome them by increasing mastery of Indonesian language rules, increasing the frequency of writing and increasing reading activities, and using a process approach in learning to write. |
