| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan keluarga, curah waktu kerja para pekerja, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kontribusi pendapatan pekerja dan kontribusi pendapatan pekerja industri rumah tangga tempe di Desa Suko Legok. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung kepada pekerja dan pemiliki usaha industri rumah tangga tempe. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Kantor Koperasi Karya Mulya, Kator Kepala Desa Suko dan internet melalui google books dan google scholars untuk mendapatkan artikel jurnal yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah sensus dengan jumlah responden 33 orang pekerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pendapatan dari pekerja industri rumah tangga tempe rata-rata sebesar Rp2.500.000/bulan. Curah waktu kerja pekerja industri rumah tangga tempe bekerja selama 8 jam/hari selama rata-rata 26 hari/bulan. Faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kontribusi pendapatan pekerja industri rumah tangga tempe adalah curah waktu kerja, pendapatan pekerja dan pendapatan anggota keluarga lain. Kontribusi pendapatan pekerja industri rumah tangga tempe sebesar 42,53 persen. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to determine the household income, working hours of the workers, factors influencing the income contribution of the workers, and the income contribution of the tempe household industry workers in Suko Legok Village. This research was conducted in February 2023. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through direct interviews with the workers and owners of tempe household industry businesses. The secondary data were obtained from the Karya Mulya Cooperative Office, the Head of Suko Village Office, and internet sources such as Google Books and Google Scholars to gather journal articles related to the research topic. The sampling method used was a census with a total of 33 worker respondents. The results of this study indicate that the average income of tempe household industry workers is Rp2,500,000 per month. The working hours of tempe household industry workers are 8 hours per day for an average of 26 days per month. The factors that have the most significant influence on the level of income contribution of tempe household industry workers are working hours, worker income, and income of other family members. The income contribution of tempe household industry workers is 42.53 percent. |
