| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMANFAATAN PROLANIS PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DI PUSKESMAS CILONGOK I |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan intoleransi karbohidrat yang ditandai dengan resistensi insulin, defisiensi relatif insulin, kelebihan produksi glukosa oleh hepar dan hiperglikemia. Puseksmas Cilongok I menempati urutan pertama dengan jumlah penderita DM terverifikasi 1.869 orang (8%). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan prolanis di Puskesmas Cilongok I Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional yang dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner kepada 110 responden. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode total sampling dengan populasi peserta prolanis DM Puskesmas Cilongok I. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi-square, dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan prolanis yaitu pengetahuan (0,000),sikap (0,000), ketersediaan informasi (0,002), dukungan keluarga (0,000). Sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan adalah akses terhadap prolanis (0,393), persepsi kebutuhan (0,485), dan lama menderita DM (0,878). Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan prolanis adalah dukungan keluarga (p=0,002; OR-6,661) dan sikap (p=0,014;OR=3,673) Kesimpulan : Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan prolanis di Puskesmas Cilongok I adalah sikap dan dukungan keluarga. Inggris) | Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is carbohydrate intolerance characterized by insulin resistance, relative insulin deficiency, excess glucose production by the liver and hyperglycemia. The Cilongok I Public Health Center ranks first with the number of verified DM sufferers of 1,869 people (8%). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the use of prolanis at the Cilongok I Health Center Methods: The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design which was conducted by interviewing using a questionnaire to 110 respondents. The sample was selected using the total sampling method with the population of DM prolanis participants at Cilongok I Health Center. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate with chi-square test, and multivariate with logistic regression test. Results: The results showed that the variables related to the utilization of prolanis were knowledge (0,000), attitude (0,000), availability of information (0,002), family support (0,000). While those that are not related are access to prolanis (0,393), perception of needs (0.485), and duration of suffering from DM (0,878). Factors that influence the use of prolanis are family support (p=0,002; OR=6,661) and attitude (p=0,014;OR=3,673) Conclusion: Factors that influence the use of prolanis at the Cilongok I Health Center are attitude and family support.
