| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Salah satu inovasi penting di dunia industri adalah teknologi otomatisasi untuk mengoperasikan mesin industri secara otomatis sesuai dengan kebutuhan manusia. Salah satu aplikasi dari teknologi otomatisasi ini adalah mesin assembly Gauging Stasiun dan Indeks. Stasiun Gauging sendiri adalah sebuah implementasi mesin industri untuk mengukur dimensi objek yang sedang diukur. Stasiun independen digunakan untuk Mengidentifikasi objek dalam proses. Pengendalian kedua mesin masih dengan manual. Oleh karena itu, HMI wireless (Human Machine Interface) didesain dengan Android-based yang akan memfasilitasi remote control menggunakan perangkat lunak HMI Modbus. Untuk Android HMI menggunakan Outseal PLC sebagai antarmuka antara Siemens PLC dan smartphone Android, maka outseal plc dipasang dengan modul wifi DT-06 TTL yang terhubung ke dengan smartphone. Dari penelitian tugas akhir ini, Android HMI bisa mengoperasikan Outseal PLC 50 meter jauhnya. Spesifikasi Android HMI sistem juga memiliki keterlambatan ringan pada jarak 20 meter untuk 0,68 sekunder dan juga pada jarak 35 meter selama 0,89 detik. At jarak 10 meter dan kurang ada keterlambatan yang sangat kecil dari lebih dari setengah detik, untuk 0,37 hektar. Cara Menggunakan Android HMI sistem, itu juga dapat mengoperasikan mesin perakitan dengan baik, seperti HMI Android dapat mengontrol input pada Assembly Machine dan juga memantau output ketika beberapa proses pada berjalannya mesin assembly. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | One important innovation in the industrial world is the automation technology to run industrial machines automatically according to human needs. One of the applications of this automation technology is assembly engines Gauging Station and Indexing Station. Gauging Station itself is an implementation of an industrial machine to measure a dimension of an object being measured. The indexing station is used to identify objects in the process. The control of both machines is still manual. Therefore, the wireless HMI (Human Machine Interface) is designed with Android-based which will facilitate remote control of the machine through HMI Modbus software. This Android HMI uses the Outseal PLC as an interface between the Siemens PLC and the Android smartphone, then the outseal plc is fitted with the DT-06 TTL wifi module that is connected to the smartphone. From this final task research, the Android HMI could operate the Outseal PLC 50 meters away. The Android HMI system also had a slight delay at a distance of 20 meters for 0.68 seconds and also at the distance of 35 metres for 0.89 seconds. At a distance of 10 meters and less there is a very small delay of less than half a second, for 0.37 acres. On testing the Android HMI system, it can also operate the assembly machine well, as the HMI Android can control the input on the Assembly Machine and also monitor the output when some processes on the assemble machine are running. |
