| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh efektivitas aplikasi E-Visum PKB dalam mendigitalisasi pencatatan dan pelaporan kinerja Penyuluh KB di lini lapangan. Aplikasi E-Visum merupakan sistem aplikasi yang difasilitasi oleh BKKBN untuk mempermudah Penyuluh KB dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan kinerja serta terakselerasi dengan perhitungan tunjangan kinerja. Keberhasilan sistem aplikasi E-Visum yang tercermin pada konsistensi dan keberlanjutan perkembangan terhadap sistem aplikasi E-Visum. Oleh karena itu, studi tentang efektivitas sistem aplikasi E-Visum perlu dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Pemilihan informan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas sistem evaluasi kinerja mengalami enam aspek yaitu: Relevansi, Reliabilitas, Sensitivitas, Akseptabilitas, Praktikal, Tidak melanggar Undang-Undang. Berdasarkan enam aspek kajian yang telah dilalui, efektifitas sistem Aplikasi E-Visum PKB dapat menghasilkan manfaat-manfaat untuk organisasi BKKBN sebagai pengelola program maupun tenaga lini lapangan sebagai sasaran program. Inggris) | This research is motivated by the effectiveness of the PKB E-Visum application in digitizing the recording and reporting of the performance of family planning counselors in the field. The E-Visum application is an application system facilitated by the BKKBN to make it easier for family planning counselors to record and report performance and accelerate the calculation of performance allowances. The success of the E-Visum application system is reflected in the consistency and sustainability of the development of the E-Visum application system. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effectiveness of the E-Visum application system. The method used in this research is qualitative. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used is an interactive analysis method. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system has five aspects, namely: Relevance, Reliability, Sensitivity, Acceptability, Practicality, Not Violating the Law. Based on the five aspects of the study that have been passed, the effectiveness of the PKB E-Visum Application system can generate benefits for the BKKBN organization as program managers and field staff as program targets. The KB Extension E-Visum application is a means of digitizing effective and efficient recording and reporting in the field line. |
