| Judul Artikel | APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) IN PERUMDA BPR KUNINGAN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | The economy cannot be separated from the banking service industry. Banks are financial institutions that have strategic value in the economic life of a country. Principle Good Corporate Governance implemented as a basis for banking operations in order to improve and improve the management and resolution of problems in banking. This research was conducted to find out how the principles are applied Good Corporate Governance at Perumda BPR Kuningan. This research was conducted using a normative juridical method with qualitative normative analysis. The specifications of the research used descriptive analytical research, the data collection method used secondary data through library research and primary data through interviews at Perumda BPR Kuningan, using data assessment methods in the form of narrative text and arranged qualitatively normatively. Based on the research results, it can be seen that Perumda BPR Kuningan has implemented the five principles Good Corporate Governance, namely transparency, accountability, accountability, independence, and fairness in accordance with Financial Services Regulation Number 4/POJK.03/2015 concerning Implementation of Governance for Rural Banks. |
