| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH KREATIVITAS GURU DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMA NEGERI 3 PURWOKERTO |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menguji pengaruh kreativitas guru dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto, tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dengan sampel sebanyak 124 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto, 2) Minat Belajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto, 3) Kreativitas guru dan minat belajar secara bersama-samaberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah, pentingnya sinergi antara kreativitas guru dan minat belajar untuk mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Guru yang kreatif mampu menarik perhatian siswa, membangkitkan rasa ingin tahu, dan menghadirkan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menarik. Di sisi lain, minat belajar siswa mencerminkan motivasi intrinsik mereka untuk terlibat dalam proses belajar. Sehingga Hasil belajar yang berkualitas dicapai ketika keduanya bekerja secara sinergis. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research conducted is a quantitative descriptive study with the aim of determining, analyzing, and testing the influence of teacher creativity and learning interest on the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The population in this study consisted of all students in the 11th grade social science program at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto, academic year 2022/2023, with a sample size of 124 students. The results of this study used multiple linear regression analysis, which showed that: 1) Teacher creativity has a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto, 2) Learning interest has a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto, 3) Teacher creativity and learning interest together have a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The implications of this study are the importance of synergy between teacher creativity and learning interest in influencing student learning outcomes. Creative teachers are able to capture students' attention, stimulate curiosity, and provide engaging learning experiences. On the other hand, students' learning interest reflects their intrinsic motivation to engage in the learning process. Therefore, quality learning outcomes are achieved when both work synergistically. |
