| Judul Artikel | Rekredensialing Klinik Pratama dalam Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Wilayah Kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Purwokerto |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Pada tahun 2022 di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan KC Purwokerto terdapat 24 klinik pratama yang tidak lolos rekredensialing. Klinik “X” lolos dengan nilai 86,785 dan Klinik “Y” tidak lolos dengan nilai 61,452. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rekredensialing klinik pratama dalam Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan KC Purwokerto. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pemilihan informan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada 4 informan utama dan 3 informan pendukung serta telaah dokumen dianalisis melalui pendekatan thematic network. Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat perbedaan ketersediaan komponen input pada Klinik “X” dan Klinik “Y”. Klinik “X” dan Klinik “Y” melakukan pengorganisasian dalam mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan rekredensialing. Proses pelaksanaan rekredensialing terdapat kendala berupa perbedaan persepsi. Namun terjadi kenaikan nilai rekredensialing dan komitmen pemenuhan rekredensialing. Kemudian diputuskan kebijakan hasil rekredensialing berupa kesempatan perpanjangan kerja sama. Simpulan : Terdapat hambatan pemenuhan rekredensialing di Klinik “Y” berupa keterbatasan kuantitas SDM. Ada pengaruh rentang waktu pendirian klinik dan durasi kerjasama terhadap pemenuhan rekredensialing. Pelaksanaan rekredensialing belum efisien dan terdapat perbedaan persepsi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sosialisasi detail indikator rekredensialing serta monitoring dan evaluasi untuk menjaga komitmen klinik. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : In 2022 in the working area of the BPJS Kesehatan KC Purwokerto there will be 24 primary health clinics that will not pass recredentialing. Clinic "X" passed with a score of 86,785 and Clinic "Y" did not pass with a value of 61,452. This study aims to analyze the recredentialing of pratama clinics in the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) in the working area of BPJS Kesehatan KC Purwokerto. Methodology : This study used a qualitative method with a case study design. Selection of informants based on purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted by in-depth interviews with 4 main informants and 3 supporting informants and document analysis was analyzed using the thematic network approach. Results : There are differences in the availability of input components at Clinic "X" and Clinic "Y". "X" Clinic and "Y" Clinic organize the preparation and implementation of recredentialing. In the process of implementing recredentialing, there are obstacles in the form of differences in perceptions. However, there was an increase in the value of recredentialing and commitment to fulfilling recredentialing. Then a recredentialing policy was decided in the form of an opportunity to extend cooperation. Conclusion : There are obstacles to fulfilling recredentialing at Clinic "Y" in the form of limited quantity of human resources. There is an influence on the time span of establishing the clinic and the duration of the collaboration on the fulfillment of recredentialing. The implementation of recredentialing has not been efficient and there are differences in perceptions. Therefore it is necessary to socialize the details of recredentialing indicators as well as monitoring and evaluation to maintain clinical commitment. |
