| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah pengguna rokok terbanyak di dunia setelah China dan India, dengan banyaknya jumlah pengguna rokok dengan dibarengi berkembang pesatnya teknologi kini muncul trend rokok elektrik di kalangan remaja hingga mahasiswa. Indonesia merupakan negara ASEAN dengan pengguna rokok elektrik terbanyak. Pengguna rokok elektrik di Indonesia banyak yang beranggapan bahwa rokok elektrik bisa dijadikan sebagai alat untuk berhenti merokok dan lebih aman terhadap kesehatan dibandingkan rokok konvensional meskipun hal tersebut belum terbukti secara ilmiah. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi rokok elektrik di kalangan mahasiswa univesitas jenderal soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda dengan faktor-faktor yang dianalisis meliputi harga rokok elektrik, harga rokok konvensional, pendapatan, pengaruh teman, selera dan tingkat pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsumsi rokok elektrik di kalangan mahasiswa universitas jenderal soedirman dipengaruhi oleh harga rokok elektrik, pendapatan, pengaruh teman dan selera. Sedangkan harga rokok konvensional dan tingkat pengetahuan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengurangi jumlah pengguna rokok elektrik di Indonesia diantaranya meliputi pemerintah diharapkan menaikan cukai rokok elektrik sehingga harga rokok elektrik naik dan konsumsi rokok elektrik menurun, kemudian pemerintah diharapkan membuat kebijakan mengenai cairan liquid rokok elektrik yang beredar dengan membatasi atau mengurangi zat-zat yang berbahaya seperti nikotin dan sejenisnya sehingga menunkan kandungan yang membahayakan kesehatan pengguna rokok elektrik di Indonesia. |

Inggris) | Indonesia is the country with the largest number of cigarette users in the world after China and India, with the large number of cigarette users coupled with the rapid development of technology, the trend of electric cigarettes is now emerging among teenagers and college students. Indonesia is an ASEAN country with the most e-cigarette users. Many e-cigarette users in Indonesia think that e-cigarettes can be used as a tool to stop smoking and are safer for health than conventional cigarettes, although this has not been scientifically proven. Therefore this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence the consumption of electric cigarettes among students of Jenderal Soedirman University. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the factors analyzed include the price of electric cigarettes, the price of conventional cigarettes, income, influence of friends, tastes and level of knowledge. The results showed that the consumption of e-cigarettes among students at Jenderal Soedirman University was influenced by e-cigarette prices, income, the influence of friends and tastes. While the price of conventional cigarettes and the level of knowledge do not have a significant effect. The implications of this research are to reduce the number of e-cigarette users in Indonesia, including including that the government is expected to increase e-cigarette excise so that e-cigarette prices rise and e-cigarette consumption decreases, then the government is expected to make policies regarding liquid e-cigarettes in circulation by limiting or reducing substances harmful substances such as nicotine and the like, thus reducing the content which endangers the health of e-cigarette users in Indonesia. |
