Penulis melihat bagaimana kecenderungan pemerintah Filipina pada masa presiden Rodrigo Duterte memilih untuk mendekatkan diri dengan China dengan melakukan kerja sama bilateral di berbagai sektor. Pendekatan yang dilakukan Duterte diharapkan mampu meredam tensi konflik yang berlangsung di LCS. |
