| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Instagram bukan hanya sarana berbagi foto dan video, tetapi juga dapat menjadi sarana berbagi informasi seperti akun Instagram @catwomanizer. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara motif dan kepuasan followers dalam mengikuti akun Instagram @catwomanizer pada mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode kuisoner yang dibagikan pada 96 sampel. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis gap, dan tabulasi silang dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motif dan kepuasan followers dalam mengikuti akun Instagram @catwomanizer. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil korelasi antara variabel motif dan variabel kepuasan nilai t sebesar 0.902 dan nilai signifikasi 5% yaitu 0.202 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa 0.902 > 0.202 atau nilai korelasi lebih besar daripada nilai r hitung dan diartikan jika penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel motif dan variabel kepuasan. Adapun, besar motif dan kepuasan followers dalam mengikuti akun Instagram @catwomanizer pada mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Jenderal Soedirman diketahui dari analisis tabung silang didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman setelah mengikuti akun Instagram @catwomanizer 10 item termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan 4 item termasuk dalam kategori sedang. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Instagram is not only used to sharing photos and videos, but can also used to sharing information such as Instagram account @catwomanizer. This study wanted to find out there is a correlation between motives and satisfaction of followers in following Instagram account @catwomanizer on FISIP students of Jenderal Soedirman University. Researchers used quantitative methods with data collection techniques through the questionnaire method which were distributed to 96 samples. The research instrument consists of validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, gap analysis, and crosstab analysis using the SPSS calculation tool. The results of the study show that there is a correlation between followers motives and satisfaction after following @catwomanizer. This is proven through the results of the correlation between the motive variable and the satisfaction variable, the t value is 0.902 and the significance value 5% is 0.202, so it can be concluded that 0.902 > 0.202 or the correlation value is greater than the r calculated value and it means that this study has a strong correlation between the motives variables and the satisfaction variables. Meanwhile, the magnitude of motives and satisfaction of followers in following Instagram account @catwomanizer on FISIP students of Jenderal Soedirman University is known from crosstab analysis, it was found that the level of student satisfaction at Jenderal Soedirman University after following @catwomanizer, 10 items are included in the high category and 4 items are included in the medium category. |
