| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mensosialisasikan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi adalah dengan menggencarkan program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Program KB memiliki banyak manfaat positif bagi keluarga, terutama bagi Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) yang merupakan sasaran utama program KB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap tingkat kepesertaan KB pada PUS menggunakan metode regresi spline linier multivariabel, dengan sampel data adalah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2021. Kriteria untuk membentuk model yaitu dengan mencari kombinasi titik-titik knot yang menghasilkan Mean Square Error (MSE) minimum. Berdasarkan model, didapatkan bahwa tingkat kelahiran (X_1) dan tingkat pernikahan dini (X_2) merupakan variabel prediktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepesertaan KB pada PUS, sedangkan variabel prediktor tingkat perceraian (X_3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi pada model sebesar 81,86%. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | One of the government's efforts in socializing the use of contraceptives is to intensify the Family Planning (KB) program. The family planning program has many positive benefits for families, especially for Fertile Age Couples (Pasangan Usia Subur/PUS) who are the main target of the family planning program. In this thesis, the level of KB participants in PUS is analyzed using the multivariable linear spline regression method, with data samples in the Regency / City in Central Java Province in 2021. The criterion for forming a model is to find a combination of knot points that has the minimum Mean Square Error (MSE). Based on the model, it is found that the birth rate (X_1) and early marriage rate (X_2) are predictor variables that have a significant effect on the level of KB participants in PUS, while the predictor variable divorce rate (X_3) has no significant effect. The coefficient of determination in the model is 81.86%. |
