Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisisis pengaruh Self Esteem dan Individual Adaptability terhadap Task Performance yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement pada aparatur desa di Kecamatan Blado Kabupaten Batang. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 133 aparatur desa di Kecamatan Blado Kabupaten Batang.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu: 1) Self Esteem berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, 2) Individual Adaptability berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, 3) Self Esteem berpengaruh positif terhadap Task performance, 4) Individual Adaptability berpengaruh positif terhadap Task Performance, 5) Work Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Task Performance, 6) Work Engagement memediasi hubungan Self Esteem terhadap Task Performance, 7) Work Engagement memediasi hubungan Individual Adaptability terhadap Task Performance. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk lebih meningkatkan Task Performance pada aparatur desa maka perlu ditingkatkan Self Esteem, Individual Adaptability dan Work Engagement. Dukungan dari pemangku kepentingan seperti Kepala Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa sangat diperlukan guna mendukung tercapainya kinerja aparatur desa yang baik.

Inggris)This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Self Esteem and Individual Adaptability on Task Performance mediated by Work Engagement on village apparatus in Blado District, Batang Regency. Respondents in this study amounted to 133 village officials in Blado District, Batang Regency.
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) Self Esteem has a positive effect on Work Engagement, 2) Individual Adaptability has a positive effect on Work Engagement, 3) Self Esteem has a positive effect on Task performance, 4) Individual Adaptability has a positive effect on Task Performance, 5) Work Engagement has a positive effect on Task Performance, 6) Work Engagement mediates the relationship between Self Esteem and Task Performance, 7) Work Engagement mediates the relationship between Individual Adaptability and Task Performance. The managerial implications that can be drawn from this research are to further improve the Task Performance of village officials, it is necessary to increase Self Esteem, Individual Adaptability and Work Engagement. Support from stakeholders such as the Village Head, the Village Consultative Body and the Community and Village Empowerment Office is needed to support the achievement of good village apparatus performance.
