| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Persalinan yang berulang kali merupakan faktor utama terjadinya prolapsus uteri. Wanita yang pernah melahirkan terutama yang mempunyai riwayat melahirkan empat kali atau lebih akan mengalami kelemahan otot dasar panggul sehingga terjadi penurunan organ panggul. Tujuaan : Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik prolapsus uteri, sedangkan tujuan khususnya yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian prolapsus uteri Metode : Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control untuk mengetahui hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian prolapsus uteri di RS Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Hasil : Hasil penelitian adalah adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara paritas dengan kejadian prolapsus uteri. Didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p< 0,05). Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian prolapsus uteri pada pasien pasca histerektomi di RS Margono Soekarjo |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Deliveries that occur repeatedly are major factors in uterine prolapse. Women who have given birth, especially with a history of giving birth four times or more, will experience muscle weakness of the pelvic floor resulting in pelvic organ descended. Purpose : The general objective of this study was to investigate the characteristics of uterine prolapse, where the particular purpose which is to determine the relationship between parity with the incidence of uterine prolapse Method : The research method used was an observational analytic method with case-control approach to determine the relationship between parity with the incidence of uterine prolapse in RS Margono Soekarjo. Result : The study showed a significant relationship between parity with the incidence of uterine prolapse. Obtained significance value 0.001 (p<0.05). Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between parity with the incidence of uterine prolapse after hysterectomy patients in RS Margono Soekarjo. |
