Indonesia) | IMPLEMENTASI PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM DOKTER TERHADAP RISIKO PROFESI DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN (Studi di Rumah Sakit Harapan Ibu Purbalingga) Oleh: ILHAM RAMADHAN E1A016181 ABSTRAK Dokter dalam memberikan pelayanan mempunyai resiko yang cukup besar dikarenakan profesinya berkaitan dengan Kesehatan dan nyawa seseorang maka dokter sangat rentan untuk dipersalahkan. Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi perlindungan hukum terhadap risiko pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengentahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi implementasi perlindungan hukum terhadap profesi kedokteran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis dengan pendekatan yang didasarkan pada pola-pola perilaku sosial yang terlembagakan, eksis sebagai variable sosial yang empirik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Implementasi perlindungan hukum dokter di Rumah Sakit Harapan Ibu Purbalingga terhadap risiko profesi dalam pelayanan kesehatan terbukti efektif. Indikator keberhasilan meliputi efektifitas dokter dalam menjalankan tugas sesuai standar profesi dan prosedur operasional, memberikan pelayanan medis sesuai standar, mendapatkan informasi lengkap dan jujur dari pasien atau keluarganya, serta menerima imbalan jasa yang tinggi. Selain itu, faktor kedisiplinan, fasilitas kerja, dan lama kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap perlindungan hukum dokter. Kata Kunci: Dokter, Risiko Profesi, Pelayanan Kesehatan. |

Inggris) | IMPLEMENTATION OF PHYSICIAN LEGAL PROTECTION AGAINST PROFESSIONAL RISKS IN HEALTH SERVICES (Study at Harapan Ibu Hospital in Purbalingga) By: ILLAM RAMADHAN E1A016181 ABSTRACT Doctors in providing services have a considerable risk because their profession is related to one's health and life, so doctors are very vulnerable to being blamed. This thesis discusses the implementation of legal protection against health service risks. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the implementation of legal protection for the medical profession. The type of research used is sociological juridical with an approach based on institutionalized patterns of social behavior, existing as empirical social variables. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of legal protection for doctors at Harapan Ibu Purbalingga Hospital against professional risks in health services has proven to be effective. Indicators of success include the effectiveness of doctors in carrying out their duties according to professional standards and operational procedures, providing medical services according to standards, obtaining complete and honest information from patients or their families, and receiving high fees for services. In addition, disciplinary factors, work facilities, and length of work also have a positive effect on the legal protection of doctors. Keywords: Doctor, Professional Risk, Health Services. |
