Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang : Mahasiswa aktif organisasi dihadapkan dengan berbagai peran dan tanggung jawab sehingga dapat memicu timbulnya stres, emotional eating, dan kualitas tidur yang terganggu. Beberapa hal tersebut berpotensi menyebabkan perubahan status gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres, emotional eating, dan kualitas tidur terhadap status gizi mahasiswa aktif organisasi di tingkat Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
Metodologi : Penelitian cross sectional ini diikuti 100 responden, pengambilan data dengan pengukuran antropometri serta kuesioner PSS 10, EEQ, dan PSQI. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji Likelihood Ratio.
Hasil Penelitian : Sebanyak 86% responden memiliki tingkat stres sedang, 45% dengan kategori emotional eater, 94% memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk, serta 46% memiliki status gizi normal. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres, emotional eating, dan kualitas tidur dengan status gizi mahasiswa aktif organisasi di tingkat Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (p 0,388 ; p 0,251 ; p 0,104).
Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres, emotional eating, dan kualitas tidur dengan status gizi mahasiswa aktif organisasi di tingkat Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Background: Active student organizations act face various roles and responsibilities that can trigger stress, emotional eating, and disturbed sleep quality. Some of these things are potential to cause changes in nutritional status. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress levels, emotional eating, and sleep quality on the nutritional status of active student organizations at the Jenderal Soedirman University level.
Methodology: This cross-sectional study followed by 100 respondent. Data were collected using anthropometric measurements and the PSS 10, EEQ, and PSQI questionnaires. Data analyzed by Likelihood ratio test.
Research Results: As many as 86% of respondents had moderate stress levels, 45% were in the emotional eater category, 94% had poor sleep quality, and 46% had normal nutritional status. There is no relationship between stress level, emotional eating, and sleep quality with nutritional status of active student organizations at the Jenderal Soedirman University level ( p 0,388 ; p 0,251 ; p 0,104).
Conclusion: There is no relationship between stress level, emotional eating, and sleep quality with the nutritional status of active student organizations at the Jenderal Soedirman University level.
