Indonesia) | Keberadaan internet memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses dan mengirim informasi data dari berbagai tempat tanpa batasan dimana hal tersebut membuat teknologi seperti Internet of Things menjadi penting saat ini. SajaDi (Sajadah Digital) merupakan implementasi IoT di Masjid Darul Ihsan Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC) dengan menerapkan teknologi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) guna melakukan tracking dan deteksi penggunaan sajadah di lingkungan masjid. Perangkat SajaDi mengirimkan data pembacaan tag RFID secara real time ke Telkom IoT Platform menggunakan konektifitas Wi-Fi melalui gateway namun terkadang data pembacaan RFID Reader pada dashboard NOC SajaDi tidak terupdate sebagaimana mestinya ketika dilakukan monitoring. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan pengujian QoS (Quality of Service) terhadap proses pengiriman data melalui jaringan gateway SajaDi untuk mengetahui kinerja pengiriman data berdasarkan nilai parameter sesuai standarisasi TIPHON. Parameter yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi packet loss, delay dan jitter. Data pada penelitian ini berupa dumpfile dalam format pcap yang memuat traffic raw lalu lintas data di jaringan. Pengambilan data dumpfile menggunakan utilitas tcpdump kemudian hasilnya dianalisis dengan software network analyzer wireshark. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan pengambilan data analisis didapatkan hasil pengujian parameter packet loss memiliki indeks 4 di gateway selatan dan indeks 3 di gateway timur dengan rata-rata packet loss gateway selatan dan gateway timur pada jaringan gateway SajaDi bernilai 0,21% dan 3,49%. Untuk hasil pengujian parameter delay memperoleh indeks 4 dengan rata-rata delay pada gateway selatan dan gateway timur bernilai 3,376654 ms dan 22,105994 ms. Kemudian hasil pengujian parameter jitter memperoleh indeks 3 pada gateway selatan dan gateway timur dengan rata-rata jitter bernilai 0,00003467 ms dan 0,00602886 ms. |

Inggris) | The existence of the internet makes it easy to access and send data information from various places without restrictions which makes technology such as the Internet of Things important today. SajaDi (Sajadah Digital) is an IoT implementation at the Darul Ihsan Mosque Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC) by applying RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to track and detect the use of prayer rugs in the mosque environment. The SajaDi device sends real-time RFID tag reading data to the Telkom IoT Platform using Wi-Fi connectivity through a gateway, but sometimes the RFID Reader reading data on the SajaDi NOC dashboard is not updated properly when monitoring is carried out. This research was conducted by applying QoS (Quality of Service) testing to the process of sending data through the SajaDi gateway network to determine the performance of data transmission based on parameter values according to the TIPHON standard. The parameters used in this study include packet loss, delay and jitter. The data in this study is in the form of a dumpfile in pcap format which contains raw data traffic on the network. Retrieval of dumpfile data using tcpdump utility then the results are analyzed with wireshark network analyzer software. The results of this study based on data analysis showed that the packet loss parameter test results had an index of 4 on the south gateway and an index of 3 on the east gateway with an average packet loss of the south gateway and the east gateway on the SajaDi gateway network worth 0.21% and 3.49%. For the delay parameter test results obtained index 4 with an average delay on the south gateway and east gateway worth 3.376654 ms and 22.105994 ms. Then the results of testing the jitter parameter obtained an index of 3 on the south gateway and east gateway with an average jitter value of 0.00003467 ms and 0.00602886 ms. |
