| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel berjudul “Analisis Komparatif PBBH dan Deplesi Ayam Broiler Pada Kandang Closed House Dua lantai dan Tiga Lantai di Kemitraan PT. Cemerlang Unggas Lestari Kebumen” bertujuan membandingkan PBBH dan Deplesi pada kandang closed house dua lantai dan tiga lantai. Materi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kandang closed house 2 lantai dan 3 lantai dengan populasi masing-masing sebanyak 37.200 ekor dan 65.500 ekor. Variabel yang diamati yaitu: pertambahan bobot badan harian dan deplesi. Sampel diperoleh dengan cara penimbangan sebanyak 20 ekor per lantai yang dilakukan pada pagi hari dan deplesi diperoleh dari recording harian. Data primer yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode uji independent simple t-test. Hasil pada penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata dan standar defiasi pertambahan bobot badan harian 44,24±19,29 gr/ekor/hari pada kandang closed house 2 lantai dan 40,68±19,03 gr/ekor/hari pada kandang closed house 3 lantai. Rata-rata dan standar defiasi deplesi di kandang closed house 2 lantai diperoleh 0,499±0,170% dan 0,630±0,199% pada kandang closed house 3 lantai. Hasil uji t PBBH dan deplesi menunjukan bahwa rataan PBBH dan deplesi antara kandang closed house 2 lantai dan 3 lantai tidak berbeda ( P> 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perbandingan PBBH dan deplesi pada kandang closed house 2 lantai dan 3 lantai tidak berbeda atau sama. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Article titled “Comparative Analysis of PBBH and Depletion of Broiler Chickens in Two-storey and Three-Floor Closed Houses in the Partnership of PT. Cemerlang Unggas Lestari Kebumen” aims to compare PBBH and depletion in two-storey and three-story closed house cages. The material used in this study was closed house 2 floors and 3 floors with a population of 37,200 and 65,500 respectively. The variables observed were: daily body weight gain and depletion. Samples were obtained by weighing 20 birds per floor in the morning and depletion was obtained from daily recordings. The primary data obtained were then analyzed using the independent simple t-test method. The results in this study obtained the average and standard deviation of daily body weight gain of 44.24 ± 19, 29 g/head/day in a 2-storey closed house cage and 40.68 ± 19.03 gr/head/day in a 3-floor closed house cage. The mean and standard deviation of depletion in the 2-storey closed house cage was 0.499 ± 0.170% and 0.630 ± 0.199% in the 3-storey closed house cage. The results of the PBBH and depletion t test showed that the average PBBH and depletion between 2-storey and 3-storey closed house cages did not differ (P> 0.05).
