Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris dengan judul “Peran Mediasi Affective Commitment dalam Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Distributive Justice terhadap Turnover Intention
(Studi pada Karyawan Milenial BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara).” Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Perceived Organizational Support dan Distributive Justice terhadap Turnover Intention melalui Affective Commitment sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden yang berusia 28-40 tahun yang telah bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun yang diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan diolah dengan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. (2) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Affective Commitment karyawan. (3) Distributive Justice berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. (4) Distributive Justice berpengaruh positif terhadap Affective Commitment karyawan. (5) Affective Commitment berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. (6) Affective Commitment memediasi pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. (7) Affective Commitment memediasi pengaruh Distributive Justice terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan.

Inggris)This research is an empirical study entitled "The Role of Mediasi Affective Commitment in the effects of Perceived Organizational Support and Distributive Justice on Turnover Intention (Study on Millennial Employees of BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara)." This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Distributive Justice on Turnover Intention through Affective Commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were BPR Bank Surya Yudha Banjarnegara employees. The sample in this study was 80 respondents aged 28-40 years who had worked for more than one year and were taken using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and processed with SPSS 25 software. The results showed that: (1) Perceived Organizational Support has a negative

effect on Turnover Intention. (2) Perceived Organizational Support positively affects employee Affective Commitment. (3) Distributive justice has a negative effect on employee Turnover Intention. (4) Distributive Justice has a positive effect on the affective commitment of employees. (5) Affective Commitment has a negative effect on employee Turnover Intention. (6) Affective Commitment mediates the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Turnover Intention. (7) Affective Commitment mediates the effect of Distributive Justice on employee Turnover Intention.
