| Judul Artikel | DAMPAK BERLAKUNYA REFERENDUM BRITISH EXIT (BREXIT) PADA TAHUN 2021 TERHADAP PERUBAHAN KEBIJAKAN PARIWISATA INBOUND KERAJAAN INGGRIS RAYA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada tahun 2016 lalu, Kerajaan Inggris Raya menyelenggarakan referendum guna memutuskan serta mengetahui keinginan warga mereka perihal keanggotaan Kerajaan Inggris Raya di European Union (EU) yang mana referendum tersebut kemudian dikenal dengan istilah Referendum Brexit. Hasil dari Referendum Brexit tersebut memberikan hasil berupa sebanyak 52% warga Kerajaan Inggris Raya memilih untuk meninggalkan European Union (EU) sebagai organisasi regional. Mengenai hal tersebut, salah satu argumentasi fundamental warga Kerajaan Inggris Raya untuk keluar dari keanggotaan European Union (EU) adalah keimigrasian yang mana hal ini berkaitan erat dengan freedom of movement yang kemudian memberikan pengaruh terhadap fokus perumusan kebijakan baru oleh Pemerintah Kerajaan Inggris Raya dengan berfokus pada sektor keimigrasian dan freedom of movement. Salah satu kerangka kerja hasil dari pengaruh dilaksanakannya Referendum Brexit 2016 adalah kerangka kerja “UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement” yang merupakan hasil dari negosiasi antara Pemerintah Inggris Raya dengan Pemerintah European Union (EU). Kerangka kerja yang secara efektif berlaku pada tahun 2021 tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk pariwisata yang dibahas dalam penulisan skripsi ini. Sebagai sektor yang berkaitan dengan keimigrasian dan freedom of movement, kebijakan pariwisata -khususnya pariwisata inbound- Kerajaan Inggris Raya mengalami dampak dengan adanya kerangka kerja tersebut. Terlebih, sektor ini memberikan kontribusi positif yang cukup masif terhadap ekonomi nasional Kerajaan Inggris Raya. Melalui penulisan skripsi ini penulis berupaya memberikan penjelasan dan analisis mengenai bagaimana Referendum Brexit 2016 melalui perumusan “UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement” memberikan pengaruh terhadap perubahan kebijakan pariwisata inbound Kerajaan Inggris Raya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | In 2016, the United Kingdom held a referendum in order to decide and find out what the country’s people want in regards to the country’s membership in European Union (EU) which the referendum later on known as the Brexit Referendum. The referendum gave a result that 52% of British people voted to leave the European Union (EU) as a regional organization. In regards of the result, one of the fundamental arguments from British people about their vote to leave the European Union (EU) is immigration which is closely related to freedom of movement which then influenced the focus of new policy formulation by the Government of the United Kingdom by focusing on the immigrations and freedom of movement sectors. One of the new in force frameworks resulting from the 2016 Brexit Referendum implementation is the “UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement” which is the result of negotiations between the United Kingdom government and European Union (EU) government. The framework is effectively coming into force in 2021 which would then give influence to various sectors, including the tourism sector that is analyzed in this thesis. As a sector that is related to immigration and freedom of movement, tourism policies -especially inbound tourism- of the United Kingdom have been influenced by the new framework. Moreover, this sector makes massive positive contributions to the national economy of the United Kingdom. In this thesis, the author would like to explain and analyze how the 2016 Brexit Referendum through the formulation of the “UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement” influenced the changes in inbound tourism policies of the United Kingdom. |
