| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh independensi, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja auditor internal pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Inspektorat Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Inspektorat Kabupaten Purbalingga, Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas, dan Inspektorat Kabupaten Cilacap dengan sampel sebanyak 112 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa independensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor internal pemerintah. Sedangkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor internal pemerintah. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence, competence, and professionalism on the performance of the government internal auditors. This research was conducted at the Inspectorate of Banjarnegara Regency, Inspectorate of Purbalingga Regency, Inspectorate of Banyumas Regency, and Inspectorate of Cilacap Regency with a sample of 112 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. While the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study state that independence has no effect on the performance of the government's internal auditors. Meanwhile, competence and professionalism has a positive effect on the performance of the government internal auditors. |
