Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Cabai merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang sangat potensial untuk dibudidayakan karena permintaannya cukup tinggi yang digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan utama oleh rumah tangga maupun industri. Namun, harga cabai sangat fluktuatif sehingga berakibat pada petani atau produsen tidak mampu memprediksi perhitungan laba dan rugi. Salah satu solusi meningkatkan pendapatan petani adalah dengan adanya pasar lelang. Sistem di pasar lelang yaitu pembeli dan penjual bertemu secara langsung sehingga akan terbentuk kesepakatan harga yang transparan, memperpendek saluran distribusi, mendorong petani dalam meningkatkan mutu, maka diharapkan dapat meningatkan pendapatan petani (Alamsyah et al., 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sistem lelang cabai di pasar lelang guyub rukun; menganalisisi pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, akses informasi pasar, modal, pendidikan, dan sistem pembayaran terhadap minat petani dalam memasarkan cabai ke pasar lelang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pasar lelang guyub rukun, Desa Tlogopragoto, Kecamatan Mirit, Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 50 petani. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder serta dianalisis dengan analisis statitistik deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
Hasil penelitian yaitu sistem lelang dilakukan secara tertutup pada malam hari dengan pembeli menuliskan harga di kertas kemudian dikumpulkan ke pengelola pasar lelang dan dibacakan pemenangnya. Adapun petani menyetorkan cabainya ketika sore hari kemudian dilakukan penimbangan dan pencatatan nama petani beserta kuantitas cabainya (kg) dan pembayaran dilakukan setelah pemenang lelang melakukan pembayaran. Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap minat petani dalam memasarkan cabai ke pasar lelang yaitu sikap dan pendidikan. Sedangkan variabel norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, akses informasi pasar, modal, dan sistem pembayaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat petani dalam memasarkan cabai ke pasar lelang. Dalam Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variabel yang berpengaruh yaitu sikap sehingga semakin baik sikap petani terhadap pasar lelang maka semakin baik pula minat petani dalam memasarkan cabai ke pasar lelang. Sedangkan variabel diluar TPB yang berpengaruh yaitu pendidikan karena rata-rata pendidikan petani yaitu SMA sehingga lebih mudah menerima hal-hal yang baru termasuk adanya pasar lelang.

Inggris)Chili is one of the horticultural crops that has the potential to be cultivated because of the high demand for it which is used as the main cooking spice by households and industry. However, the price of chili is very volatile so that the result is that farmers or producers are unable to predict profit and loss calculations. One of the solutions to increase farmers' income is by having an auction market. The system in the auction market, namely buyers and sellers meet directly so that a transparent price agreement will be formed, shortens the distribution channel, encourages farmers to improve quality, it is expected to increase farmers' income (Alamsyahet al., 2017). This study aims to explain the chili auction system in the guyub rukun auction market; analyzed the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, access to market information, capital, education, and payment systems on farmers' interest in marketing chilies to the auction market. This research was conducted at the auction market, Tlogopragoto Village, Mirit District, Kebumen Regency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling was done by methodpurposive sampling as many as 50 farmers. The data used are primary data and secondary data and analyzed with descriptive and statistical analysisStructural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
The results of the research are that the auction system is carried out closed at night with the buyer writing down the price on paper then collected to the auction market manager and the winner is read out. The farmers deposit their chilies in the afternoon and then weigh and record the farmer's name and the quantity of chilies (kg) and payment is made after the auction winner makes payment. Variables that influence farmers' interest in marketing chili to the auction market are attitude and education. Meanwhile, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, access to market information, capital, and payment systems have no effect on farmers' interest in marketing chilies to the auction market. In Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) the influential variable is attitude so that the better the farmer's attitude towards the auction market, the better the farmer's interest in marketing chili to the auction market. While the variable outside TPB that has an effect is education because the average farmer's education is high school, so it is easier to accept new things, including the existence of an auction market.
