| Judul Artikel | HUBUNGAN BOBOT LAHIR, BOBOT SAPIH DAN PBBH DOMBA DORPER F2 PADA JENIS KELAMIN YANG BERBEDA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dan untuk mengetahui hubungan seberapa erat bobot lahir, bobot sapih dan PBBH domba dorper F2 berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Materi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data survei dengan metode random sampling mengenai bobot lahir, bobot sapih dan PBBH. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan 50 cempe domba dorper F2 dengan 25 jantan dan 25 betina. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif rataan, analisis uji T – test, analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan: (1) rata-rata bobot lahir, bobot sapih, dan pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH) terhadap jenis kelamin jantan yaitu 2,28 kg, 12,38 kg dan 0,106 sedangkan jenis kelamin betina 2,24 kg, 12,17 kg dan 0,101 kg, (2) analisis uji T – test bobot lahir, bobot sapih dan pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH) menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh nyata (P > 0,05, (3) hubungan bobot lahir terhadap bobot sapih berdasarkan jenis kelamin jantan menunjukkan persamaan regresi y = - 9,0937 + 1,436x, koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,28 dan koefisien determinasi (R) = 0,081 dan cempe betina persamaan regresi y = -9,9816 + 0,9759x, koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,17 dan koefisien determinasi (R) 0,0294. (4) hubungan bobot lahir terhadap pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH) berdasarkan jenis kelamin jantan menunjukkan persamaan garis regresi y = - 0,0911 + 0,0067x, koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,12 dan koefisien determinasi (R) = 0,014 dan cempe betina persamaan garis regresi y = - 0,0917 + 0,0045x koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,07 dan koefisien determinasi (R) = 0,0054. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, bobot lahir, bobot sapih dan PBBH tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jenis kelamin. Hubungan antara bobot lahir terhadap bobot sapih terhadap jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan hubungan bobot lahir terhadap PBBH berdasarkan jenis kelamin juga tidak berpengaruh. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to compare and to find out the relationship of how closely the birth weight, weaning weight and PBBH of F2 dorper sheep by sex. The material in this study used survey data with random sampling methods regarding birth weight, weaning weight and PBBH. The sample used in this study used 50 lamb sheep dorper F2 with 25 males and 25 females. The analysis method used uses mean descriptive analysis, T-test analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study showed: (1) the average birth weight, weaning weight, and daily body weight gain (PBBH) for the male sex were 2.28 kg, 12.38 kg and 0.106 while the female sex was 2.24 kg, 12.17 kg and 0.101 kg. (2) analysis of the T-test of birth weight, weaning weight and daily weight gain (PBBH) showed that sex had no real effect (P > 0.05), (3) the relationship of birth weight to weaning weight based on male sex shows regression equation y = -9.0937 + 1.436x, correlation coefficient (r) = 0.28 and determination coefficient (R) = 0.081 and female lamb regression equation y = -9.9816 + 0.9759x, correlation coefficient (r) = 0.17 and determination coefficient (R) 0.0294. (4) the relationship of birth weight to daily weight gain (PBBH) based on the type of male sex shows the regression line equation y = -0.0911 + 0.0067x, correlation coefficient (r) = 0.12 and determination coefficient (R) = 0.014 and female lamb regression line equation y = -0.0917 + 0.0045x correlation coefficient (r) = 0.07 and determination coefficient (R) = 0.0054. It can be concluded that birth weight, weaning weight and PBBH have no real effect on sex. The relationship between birth weight and weaning weight on sex had no effect, while the relationship between birth weight on PBBH by sex also had no effect. |
