| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH SUHU DAN KELEMBABAN KANDANG DENGAN PERTAMBAHAN BOBOT BADAN HARIAN DAN KONSUMSI PAKAN AYAM NIAGA PEDAGING SELAMA MASA BROODING |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan kelembaban terhadap konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan harian ayam niaga pedaging. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah ayam niaga pedaging dan 63.500 ekor yang berada di desa Lembupurwo, kecamatan Mirit, kabupaten Kebumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode studi kasus dan analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji F, dan uji T parsial. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara random sampling sebanyak 42 sampel. Hasil dari studi kasus PBBH menunjukan koefisien determinasi adalah besarnya pengaruh varibel terhadap Y (PBBH) 0.408 R2 Besarnya pengaruh suhu dan RH terhadap PBBH 40%, uji F < 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh yang nyata bersama-sama suhu dan kelembaban terhadap PBBH, dan hasil uji t parsial < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata suhu dan kelembaban terhadap PBBH. Hasil studi kasus konsumsi pakan menunjukan koefisien determinasi adalah besarnya pengaruh varibel terhadap X (konsumsi pakan) 0.054 R2 besarnya pengaruh suhu dan RH terhadap Konsumsi Pakan 5%. uji F > 0,05 maka tidak ada pengaruh yang nyata bersama-sama dari suhu dan kelembaban terhadap konsumsi pakan, dan hasil uji t parsial > 0,05 yang berarti bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang nyata suhu dan kelembaban terhadap konsumsi pakan. Kesimpulan dari hasil studi kasus ini menunjukkan yaitu suhu dan kelembaban sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap naik atau turunnya perubahan pertambahan bobo badan harian (PBBH). Suhu dan kelembaban tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi pakan yang diberikan untuk ayam broiler. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of temperature and humidity to feed consumption and daily body weight gain of commercial broilers. The research materials used were commercial broilers and 63,500 birds located in Lembupurwo village, Mirit sub-district, Kebumen district. The research method used in this research is the case study method and the analysis uses multiple regression analysis, F test, and partial T test. Data were collected by random sampling as many as 42 samples. The results of the PBBH case study show the coefficient of determination is the magnitude of the influence of variables on Y (PBBH) 0.408 R2 The magnitude of the influence of temperature and RH on PBBH 40%, F test < 0.05 then there is a real influence together temperature and humidity on PBBH, and the results of partial t test < 0.05 which means that there is a real influence of temperature and humidity on PBBH. The results of the case study of feed consumption show the coefficient of determination is the magnitude of the influence of variables on X (feed consumption) 0.054 R2 the magnitude of the influence of temperature and RH on feed consumption 5%. F test > 0.05 then there is no significant effect together of temperature and humidity on feed consumption, and the results of the partial t test > 0.05 which means that there is no significant effect of temperature and humidity on feed consumption. The conclusion from the results of the case study shows that temperature and humidity have a significant effect on the increase or decrease in changes in daily body weight gain (PBBH). Temperature and humidity have no significant effect on the consumption of feed given to broiler chickens. |
