| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi Pseudomonas spp. kelompok pendar asal rizosfer untuk pengendalian penyakit bulai dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman jagung manis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, dari Oktober 2022 sampai Januari 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, dengan 8 perlakuan dan ulangan 4 kali. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, fungisida metalaksil, Pseudomonas putida BB.R1, Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2, Pseudomonas sp. PPD.R2, serta konsorsium Pseudomonas putida BB.R1 dan Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2, Pseudomonas putida BB.R1 dan Pseudomonas sp. PPD.R2, dan Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2 dan PPD.R2. Variabel yang diamati meliputi masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, Area Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), nilai efektivitas pengendalian, senyawa fenol (saponin, tanin, glikosida) secara kualitatif, tinggi tanaman akhir, jumlah daun, bobot kering tanaman, bobot kering akar, dan panjang akar. Data dianalisis dengan uji F pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Apabila hasil analisis menunjukkan berbeda nyata, maka dilakukan dengan BNT taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isolat Pseudomonas spp. kelompok pendar asal rizosfer tidak efektif dalam mengendalikan penyakit bulai, kecuali Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2 yang mampu menunda masa inkubasi 12 hari. Konsorsium Pseudomonas putida BB.R1 dan Pseudomonas sp. PPD.R2, serta konsorsium Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2 dan PPD.R2, mampu meningkatkan senyawa tanin dan senyawa glikosida. Tiga isolat Pseudomonas spp. kelompok pendar asal risozfer belum mampu memacu pertumbuhan tanaman jagung manis secara efektif. |

Inggris) | The research aims to determine the potential of Pseudomonas spp. glow groups from the rhizosphere for controlling downy mildew and its effect on the growth of sweet corn plants.The research was conducted at the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture and Plant Protection Laboratory, Jenderal Soedirman University, from October 2022 to January 2023. Randomized Complete Block Design was used with eight treatments and four replicates. The treatments consisted of control, metalaxyl fungicide, Pseudomonas putida BB.R1, Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2, Pseudomonas sp. PPD.R2, and consortium of Pseudomonas putida BB.R1 and Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2, Pseudomonas putida BB.R1 and Pseudomonas sp. PPD, and Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2 and PPD.R2. The observed variables included incubation period, disease intensity, Are Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), control effectiveness, phenolic compound (saponin, tannin, glycoside) qualitatively, late plant height, leaf number, plant dry weight, root dry weight, and root length. Data were analyzed using F test at a significance level of 5%. If the results showed a significant difference, further testing was conducted using the Least Significant Difference test at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that isolates of Pseudomonas spp. the glow group from the rhizosphere was not effective in controlling downy mildew, except for Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2 which is able to delay the incubation period of 12 days. The consortium of Pseudomonas putida BB.R1 and Pseudomonas sp. PPD.R2, as well as the consortium Pseudomonas sp. BK.R2 and PPD.R2, able to increase tannin compounds and glycoside compounds. Three isolates of Pseudomonas spp. the glow group from the risozfer has not been able to stimulate the growth of sweet corn plants effectively. |
