Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah TKI dan PDB terhadap remitansi di Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan data time series. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah TKI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap remitansi di Indonesia. Sedangkan, untuk variabel PDB tidak berpengaruh terhadap remitansi di Indonesia. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Remittances have become a new financial phenomenon and are one of the most important sources of funds and have an impact on the world economy. Remittances are a source of foreign exchange for the country. The average cost of remittances globally reaches 13 per cent. Therefore, if migrant workers want to send money to their countries, they are subject to tariffs as high as that, which will burden migrant workers from poor and developing countries. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the number of migrant workers and GDP on remittances in Indonesia. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression and time series data. The results of this study indicate that the variable number of migrant workers has a positive and significant effect on remittances in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the GDP variable has no effect on remittances in Indonesia. |
